Those who work in sales how do I increase my UPT% without being pushy about additional items to a customers purchase?

I recently got hired at a Champs sports and I need to meet a UPT of 2% or higher, I average around a 1.5%. I have met 2% before but its not consistent. I believe I have only met that 2% on just pure luck. This is my first job ever, and I don't want to be let go because of my low UPT %. Does anyone have advice on how to persuade customers to add more things to their purchase but without being pushy? I have low UPT but I exceed my sales quote for the day by a great margin.

How do I upsell where majority of people come into the store already knowing what they'll purchase beforehand?

I got my first ever job as a sales associate at a shoe store in my local mall. And foot traffic gets heavy and I don't want to be that guy who cannot make sales and hold back the team! The problem I want to solve or need advice/help on is how to upsell to customers who already know what they are coming into the store for? For example a customer walked right into my store and came to me immediatly asking for New balance 9060's in an all black colorway, he got straight to the point, I couldnt ask what he is looking for, I couldnt ask if he needed it for an outfit or running etc. How do I become a great salesmen with upselling? What are the attributes to a great salesmen? What are things you have learned that could save me years of experience? Please anything will help me greatly.

DLSS is giving no performance boost but actually worse than native!

I run native in all my games I play because DLSS shows no improvement. And native actually shows better performance than dlss.

3070/5600x users whats your avg fps?

In 1080p, with low everything graphical settings and dlss disabled I only see 200 frames+frequent drops in fps. DLSS turnt off because it does not improve nothing for me in any game, if anything I actually see worse frames but nothing crazy. I know I can get more because there was a benchmark done on youtube about one month ago showing my exact build getting 300fps minimum. But I am unsure why my system is only seeing 200fps.

When gaming I make sure its only my game running and or discord if I am in a stack.
Ram is set to its highest mhz speed which is 3600. My thermal temps are absolutely breezy.
Windows and nvida control panel is optimized to perform, yet all this and my frame rates are just not the best.

Lower tier gpu is seeing better frames than mines. (Same Cpu)

I have a 3070/5600x build. My brother has a 3060ti/5600x build. My brother’s pc can run fortnite in creative with about 500 frames. Mine only gets to about 300. Both with the same graphical settings in 1080p 240hz. Getting to 300 is a privilege and I am grateful but I am just wondering why my frames are lower than his although being on a very very similar build. And on Rainbow Six Siege, we get the same frame rates with same settings, but I see frequent drops while his is consistent. Shouldn’t I be getting more frames? The only game I see improvement in is the finals. I see 160fps while my brother only gets 120. with again the same graphical settings. Why is the finals the only game where I see improvement on? I also see stuttering in minecraft and fortnite which is interesting. I don’t know why I am stuttering in Minecraft java with no mods.

Bottom intake/Top Exhaust. I am genuinely confused because I put my hand under the little gap between my pc and the desk and I feel good airflow but I am unsure if thats air being sucked in or sucked out. Forgive me if this is a silly question but i am 100% serious.
