Does being in diapers at night delaying daytime PT awareness..?

So bit of context, our son I feel is mostly, *mostly* fully potty trained during the day? He actually does totally fine when it comes to poop, no accidents at all in months now.

However at nighttime, he still completely soaks an overnight diaper every single night. Like, nowhere near close to be able to stay dry through the night. He sleeps like a log, and I suspect is still peeing multiple times, every night.

What I'm wondering though, because he's getting older now - and has essentially been in diapers at nighttime for SO long now, to the point where I feel like it's genuinely just habit at this point, to pee at night. Is it possible that it's kind of normalizing the feeling of having wet pants etc, during the daytime somewhat..?

We were debating this earlier, because he genuinely seemed not too bothered by an early morning pee 'accident'. My worry was that's just because he's used to waking up with a wet diaper most mornings anyways...? But my SO disagrees.

Google Flow's moderation has gotten stifling - Any guides on how to setup local models?

Seriously missing the day's of Whisk before the current censorship and moderation got so horrifically overbearing.

Can anyone suggest a guide or something to a relative newbie on how to setup a local model? Primarily interested in image generation.

When talking about system specs - would a desktop with a 4070 Super video card (and other specs are fairly decent) - be up the the task of running a local LLM fairly well...

Greatly appreciate the help! ❤️

Are ‘Overnight’ diapers a scam?? Worth the addtl. cost?

As the title says, does everyone find that the ‘nighttime’ diapers are at all worth the higher price compared to standard diapers?

Actually asking for a kid that’s fully potty trained during the day, be he’s still a heavy wetter overnight – and soaks through any pull-ups we’ve attempted to try and use in the past.

Thoughts?

Nighttime pull-ups vs Overnight diapers...? For daytime PT kid?

Because our oldest daughter basically decided to potty train herself with zero input from us - we're basically newbies at figuring out nighttime potty training... so apologies if this is a stupid question!

But - for an older boy who is solidly daytime potty trained, is there a reason to use pull-ups at nighttime? Or are nighttime diapers fine until he starts to stay dry at night...?

SO and I have been debating this, because our youngest is about to start kindergarten, but still seemingly nowhere near close to being able to stay dry at night. Wakes up soaked basically every morning.

Image references in Flow suddenly don't work at all??

Has anyone noticed that projects where image to image references that previously worked just fine in the past suddenly aren't working at all?

I've tested across multiple projects, and now it seems that none work.

Does anyone know of any alternatives to Flow? If this is an issue that won't be resolved long-term?

Pull ups vs diapers for overnight...? Does it matter?

So my son was a rock star and daytime potty trained years ago basically over the course of a single week (he's 5) - but at nighttime, we're nowhere near close. He sleeps like a ROCK, and there's really no waking him for a middle of the night potty trip, once he's out.

What I've been debating with my SO though... would it cause a sort of backslide, to switch from pull-ups at nighttime to like, actual overnight diapers? Is that even OK, for a somewhat older kid?

We've been having major headache-causing leaks lately with his night pull-ups, no matter what size we try, and it was suggested by a family member that maybe, if he still fits in them - to try nighttime diapers? I was hesitant though.

Is there any real difference...? Appreciate any wisdom! ❤️

Is there a point where bedwetting *frequency* becomes a concern...?

Hi all!

So we're pretty well versed in dealing with bedwetting from our first oldest son, who eventually grew out of it about a year ago.

What I'm wondering though, is our youngest is still very much at the point where he's waking up with a wet pull-up every. single. night. and often leaks out of said pull-up.

I guess what I'm wondering, is it at all worrying that he's still not showing any sort of sign of having even an occasional dry night? Something worth mentioning to the pediatrician? With our oldest, it was much more sort of sporadic leading up to him being consistently dry at night. Is it true this generally takes longer with boys..?

EDIT- Apologies forgot to say, youngest is 6.

Bedwetting actually *increasing* as 7 year old is getting settled in..? Help!

So we knew ahead of time that our current 7 y/o foster son was dealing with 'occasional' bedwetting prior to him arriving, and were pretty well prepared for that well in advance (mattress protectors, placing him as close to a bathroom as possible, nightlights, etc).

However, what we're finding is now that he's really settled in and (I assume?) sleeping more soundly overnight, due to feeling safe and settled, he's now wetting essentially every.single.night. More often than not, leaking out of his Goodnites, and eventually waking up cold and wet, despite wearing those.

We don't limit water in the evening, but we do make going to the bathroom right before lights out as part of our nightly routine. Even so though, he just pees so dang much.

Does anyone have any brilliant ideas? Doubling up on the goodnites? Some other brand maybe...? Waking him up to go has been a no-go, for a few reason. We just desperately need something that can handle the volume of urine that a heavy wetter 7 year old seems to conjure from nowhere on a nightly basis.

Any ideas...? Help! :(

Parents, any opinion on HEB 'nighttime' diapers...?

Does anyone have any thoughts one way or another on the HEB overnight diapers..? We've got a kid that's daytime potty trained, but still nowhere near close at night, and stumbled across these which are more than 2X cheaper than the ones we currently get for him (Goodnites).

Are they any good...? Money is very, very tight for our family at the moment, so I was kind of floored when I saw the price on these!

Would you take a recurring late evening/overnight babysitting job for a pair of kids you coached? (with no prior babysitting experience)

...as a swim team coach?

Long story short, but I was asked if I'd be willing to babysit two kids, for a family I've gotten to know as (on of) the oldest boy's swim team coach.

I don't have actual babysitting experience previously, but I've been a lifeguard supervisor/assistant aquatics director for years for a reasonably sized pool, so obviously have all my various certifications current etc.

Their mom asked if I'd be willing to consider 2X a week babysitting for the kids over the summer, because the kids are both super familiar with me etc. But, is this something I should delve into, in everyone's opinion?
