Continue training with finger injury?

I got my finger jammed a week and half ago. I tried to buddy tape it and ease the pain by taking anti-inflammatory pills, but I can't help but hit my finger every time I go back to exercise.

Do you guys recommend I stop for a week, until the swelling subsides, and the ligaments are less inflamed? Or do I continue exercising with it, while trying not.yompuah too hard ?

Gaining muscle while doing judo

I've been training judo for a year now, and I managed to lose 7kg over all. Our gym does strength and mobility training twice a week to complement the judo sessions.

What would be an additional training aspect.ro include so that I can gain more muscle and compete in a different weight category ? Should I start lifting weight separately and get into a caloric surplus ? Or is it more of a nutritional thing given the already existing strength training ?

Going to a wedding

Hi everyone. I'm planning a trip to turkey to attend a friend's wedding. It's a last minute thing. His wife is Turkish, but he is not, and the venue is somewhere in Sakarya. I wanna know what's the best way to get there. Should I land in Istanbul, and then go over there ? Or are there closer international airports?

I also wanna spend a few days exploring the country ? Do I just limit it to Istanbul sightseeing and then go to the wedding? Or should I leave it afterwards ?

I also wanna buy them a wedding gift.I saw online that you should gift a gold coin, while others recommended money in a sealed envelope.

Also please recommend me how to not get scammed as a first time visitor, and how to get the best out of your beautiful country for a few days.

Which hairstyle.to.choose

What would fit me ?

I don't know which to choose. A medium length or short hairstyle ?

Bonus points if it doesn't require a lot of upkeep and products to maintain the look.

Loose xiomi stem

My xiomi lite 4 has a loose stem at the latch. I think it's because of this bit in the picture.

Does anyone know what this is ? And whether I can buy a replacement?

▲ 2 r/NEET

Hi everyone, new here. I'm planning on becoming a NEET in about two months, once my work contract terminates.

I simply no longer have any intention of working in an office environment, having to go through the motions, and partaking in this stupid system. All I do every day is getting anxious about the state of the world, or ruminating about how my life will be if I squander a third of it- if not more - in front of a monitor, making others money, while reaping no rewards, and not enjoying my own time.

I'm also stuck in a dissociative fugue state from years of depression and anxiety, and I suffer from brain fog that makes it hard to focus on work even if I wanted to. And it also doesn't help that I'm socially anxious, and my job requires me to communicate properly with clients, or managers. I honestly don't know why I wasn't fired until now.

Granted, this work is close to home, so I don't have to commute long hours, and I don't have to pay rent, or any monthly loan payments, but I do have recurring monthly bills in the form of utilities, an internet bill, and a phone plan that I think I will get rid of by the end of the two months mark.

I've already saved up close to $10k, and would like to know how you guys would live off of it as a NEET, and for how long ?

My objective is to stretch it for as long as possible, by cutting unnecessary spending, and relying on a simple budget. The latter covers mainly groceries, and bills. I'm planning to cut all discretionary spending, that means no new clothes, outside dining, take-outs, or new tech products... I also won't have any taxes to pay, and will be staying at my parents' home for the foreseeable future.

I know choosing unemployment isn't a solution to what I'm going through. I hope I can use this opportunity to explore other possible avenues of prospective employment/living that are more in line with my personality and aspirations. And I'm also planning on taking out cheap or free hobbies to fill my time with, and do some of the things that I wanted to do, that I did not have the time or energy for while employed.

It's also worth mentioning I'm from a low-middle-income economy where the minimum monthly salary is around 300usd, that's also suffering from a COL rise, which is something universal at this point I guess.

I hope this post wasn't too long, and thanks in advance for your suggestions.
