Obligatory first time post

I think it turned out well, colors were rustoleum camo khaki, light green, dark green, and black for the laundry bag texture accents. If(when) I did it again, I’ll probably air on the side of more brown rather than two shades of green.

Crank no spark on ‘10 FXDF

I need help on my 2010 FXDF. I just replaced the heads due to a bad exhaust stud that I could get out, it started before and now it will not. My fuel pump primes but I’m getting no spark on the plugs. I’m testing the plugs with a spare set in the plug holes so I have compression and I’m still getting no spark. I went in with a multimeter and tested the power to my coil connecter and I’m only getting 4.5 volts. I’m not sure where the rest of the volts are going but I’d imagine my relay is fine since the fuel pump is priming. I tested the CKP and got good resistance, I haven’t looked much into the bank angle sensor but I don’t figure that would be it since I am getting some power to the coil connector. Anybody have any ideas? I’m at a loss.

‘10 FXDF

How do we feel about Fat Bobs here? I just picked up my first dyna and I’ve been digging into it heavy for the past week or so. New heads and rockers as well as fresh pipes and levers. I’ve got some plans for it but what should I be looking for as far as maintenance and typical problems on a 60k mile bike?

Broken exhaust studs

I just picked up this 2010 Harley FXDF for a damn good deal. As with all good deals, there’s a catch. The only major downside (besides regular stuff like tires and fluids) is that at some point, somebody stole the front pipe off the bike with what looks like an angle grinder. Does it look like the heads are damaged? Will I need new heads if they are? What’s the best way to proceed from here? Anything else to look out for on these on what I can only imagine was a stunt bike for a bit? Thanks for any advice.
