I chose this combo the interior guy messed the proportions and also i went with matte finish for this and its looking so lifeless and flat. What can j do to improve it? Or should i replace it entirely?

I’m a newbie into fragrances. This smells nice starts off little spicy may be something like pepper for the first one minute and then smells like floral may be like lavender and i just love this smell but the problem is it doesnt project or last longer mostly a skin scent after an hour. Only people close to me can smell it.
One day i sat in a car just after spray and my colleague complimented saying you smell nice. Other day my father complimented when he sat on my bike and asked me which perfume is this? It smells nice among all the scents i have. I have Hawas ice, black, kaaf, qawah and Ahmed Al Maghribi limited edition and never got any compliments but got 2 from this. I donno what to say.
