I would love some feedback on the site claiming GLP-1s for around $100 a month for Trizepatide. For example, I’ve seen dollardadclub offering Zep for $200 a month. I have an existing Rx from my doc, so it should be pretty simple to fill through one of these online providers, correct?

We pay almost $600 a month for insurance but the only thing the wife and I go to the doctor for is annual medication check ups. Obviously if something catastrophic happened it’s good to have the insurance, but our total annual out of pocket is $14k.
Clearly our politicians are bought and paid for by the health insurance lobby, and smoking a CEO in broad daylight didn’t do anything, but that’s for another conversation.
Because we never hit our deductible I just paid $460 dollars to have my doctor talk to me for 5 mins, take my BP, have a blood drawn and walk out the door. This is up $90 from last year.
Fuck this. I’m looking to pay cash moving forward. Any insight on resources to find a clinic that isn’t asking for $500 for a simple check up?

I have a 2004 Alumacraft Yukon. This year when we went to put it on the lift it was extremely windy. So windy that it was impossible to get the cover on the lift.
Well, a few days later and a couple of storms the boat was full of water. So I pulled the plug and what seems like 1000 gallons of water spilled out through the plug hole until it ran dry.
A couple days later I get it out on the water and after hitting a couple of lakes I notice water in the back when getting up on plane. Turned around and got it back on the lift.
I moved the lifts legs up a notch in the front just to get a higher elevation in the front to drain it as much as it would go. It also has a bilge pump that is weak as fuck, but ran that til I heard it sucking air.
I’m positive all of the water from the previous rain storms have been drained out.
When I launched the boat this year I had it sitting in the lake while I moved the lift in place. It must have sat in the water for a couple hours before I got it on the lift. No noticeable water….
I’ve never had a plug for the live well. It just fills up when I get it in the water and drains when I put it up on the lift, so I’ve never worried about it. I’ll be getting a plug for that, but it’s never been an issue previously, so I’m not sure that’s the issue.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot where the water might be coming from?
Hey! We’re putting in a new bathroom in an existing pole barn and looking for tips/recommendations on a tankless water heater.
I’m sourcing the equipment, and I’ll be adding a filter system based on the water tests once they drill the well, but I’m wondering if any specific brand is recommended in general? It seems there is quite the broad price range from a couple hundred to a grand.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
