Do men just not make the first move anymore?

I’m genuinely curious if anyone else has noticed this because I swear men nowadays will do everything except actually make the first move
They’ll look at you, find excuses to be around you, try to get your attention, maybe flirt a little but actually come up to you, start a conversation, ask for your number, or make their intentions clear? Nope.
I have a perfect example from work. There’s this guy who apparently has been showing interest in me for a while, but I honestly didn’t even notice at first. My coworkers were actually the ones who pointed it out and were like, “Girl, this guy is clearly interested in you.” Once they mentioned it, I started noticing all the little things. He’d park his car next to mine, walk around my office, and act like he was looking for someone or had some reason to be there when it was pretty obvious he came by to see me. It got to the point where other people noticed his behavior before I did .And before anyone says women can make the first move too, I know. Some women have absolutely no problem doing that. But I’m old school when it comes to this. I’ve always believed that if a man is genuinely interested, he’ll approach you and make the first move. The funny thing is, once I realized he might actually be interested, I gave him signs that it was okay to approach me. I wasn’t being cold or avoiding him. I basically gave him the green light without walking up to him myself " like trying to open a conversation whenever we are in elevator, saying good morning, smiling , giving flirty eye contacts". And guess what ! Nothing happened!!!! Sir what else do you need? A written invitation?!
So now I’m genuinely curious. Is it fear of rejection? Are men worried about coming across as creepy? Or are we sometimes interpreting these little behaviors as interest when the guy actually isn’t interested enough to do anything about it? Men especially: if you’re attracted to a woman in real life and she’s giving you signs that she’s open to you approaching her, what would still stop you from making the first move?

P.S : the guy works in HR department 👀

How do you move on from someone who genuinely had a positive impact on your life?

I feel like moving on is easier when someone treated you badly, because eventually you can remind yourself of all the reasons it wasn’t good for you.
But how do you move on when the person actually had a positive impact on you?
There’s someone I’m trying to move on from, and despite things not working out between us, I can’t really turn him into the villain in my head. He helped me see certain things differently, made me realize things about myself I probably wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, and in some ways I genuinely think knowing him changed me for the better.
I don’t necessarily want him back, and I understand that someone can be good for you at one point in your life without being the person you’re supposed to end up with. But somehow that makes letting go harder.

Cost to manila airport

I’m just trying to get an idea of the usual transportation cost. For those who’ve made the trip recently, how much did you pay to get from Pampanga to Manila (NAIA)? Please mention your starting city (e.g., Angeles, San Fernando, Mabalacat) and whether you took a bus, taxi, Grab, or a combination of transport

Things to Do in Unterwasser?

My family and I will be staying in Unterwasser (SG) for 5 days this summer. We’re a group of 6 people, including a teenager and an 11-year-old, and we’re looking for activities besides hiking.
We’d love recommendations for family-friendly things to do in and around the area, We’re happy to do day trips as well if they’re within a reasonable driving distance.

What would you recommend to keep both adults and kids entertained for 5 days?

Sword sound from my phone

I randomly heard a sword sound effect come from my phone and it scared the shit out of me! I instantly checked for notifications, but there was nothing there at all. No messages, no alerts, nothing. Does anyone know what could cause that? Has this happened to anyone else?
My brothers joking about it saying my phone got hacked 🤦🏻‍♀️
