Healing
This is a continuation of one of my previous posts inquiring about bruise healing. The photo should be here!
For anyone that didn't see my post, it was asking about how to speed up healing of this bruise!

I'm sitting my GCSE examinations, therefore I am 16. I've had motor tics start to pop up everywhere around march, and I'm not really sure what to do. Because i don't think its tourettes, so everybody therefore assumes i'm faking it. If anybody had any advice of any sort thatd be great. I do also have a few verbal tics coming up.
Helloo. I was wondering if anybody had any tips for reducing a bruise? I had an autistic melt down, long story short, punched the ever loving fuck out of my thigh. And because i have hEDS, i bruise incredibly easily. I put ice on it a little bit after it happened. It was maybe an hour and a half ago? I can already see some broken veins appearing. (Also if a mod could let me know if attaching a photo is okay thatd be great! I don't know if fresh bruise "wounds" count as fresh sh wounds 😅)
Hello! I have incredibly sensitive skin, but I also have hEDS, which means its also really fragile. Like if I itch too hard my skin comes off. So does anybody have any tips for helping reduce itching? It's driving me a bit insane 💔
Hello! Had a relapse last night, unfortunately. Could someone tell me if these are okay to clean it with?
I tried so hard. I don't know what to do anymore. It feels like I haven't got anybody and I don't know how to help myself. If anybody has any tips please tell me.
Hello! I have hEDS, and I'm sitting my GCSE exams. I'm struggling quite a bit, and I was wondering if anyone had any support or advice on how to make this a bit easier on myself?
I've had such a roller coaster of a month. The longest streak I've had in about 2 or 3 months! :DD
Again, trigger warning, mentions of sexual and physical abuse

My ex (about 2 years ago) made me carve his name into my thigh with a heart underneath it. Every time i look at it I get really bad flashbacks. Its on my thigh. Does anyone have any tips on how to help it fade? I already use scar creams and atuff
I do apologise if this isn't the right flair. I have an incredibly weak immune system, my mother is currently ill, and there are some really nasty things going around my local area. How can I keep myself protected? I've got some face covering thingies arriving in the post today hopefully.
Someone in my school, we'll call him R. R asked for my abuser's (we'll call him L) social account to block him. I gave him this, because i had taken a screenshot of L's account in case he contacted me due to me being new to social media. I woke up the next day to R following L. I called R out on this, and I was told I was being silly. I blocked R, because I have some very important exams very soon.
(For context, I'm also chronically ill)
Later on that day, I got a follow from someone's private account (we'll call her H), and I followed her back becquse i didn't know that she and R had spoken about this. I then got a voice note saying that it was stupid that I'm still scared to leave my house alone (my abuse was 2 years ago in June), and that i was overreacting. I told him that it was silly to contact me off of another account, and he said (exact words) "you know what's silly? Faking a medical condition for attention. Thats what's silly". We continued back and forth, him and H saying that I was never abused and that I was lying.
R got in contact with L, and asked him whether he had actually abused me. He said no, obviously, and the day after, at school, he spent 20 minutes yelling at me saying everything was fake, causing me to have the most intense flashback fueled panic attack I've ever had. I went to my school, and they proceeded to send me home. I'm not allowed in school apart from my exams now.
Did i overreact? What do you guys recommend I do? Also feel free to ask any questions!
Hello
I've known I'm Romani for quite a few years due to family lineage, specifically Angloromani from the UK. Does anyone have any language resources? I honestly haven't been able to do much research at all. So any advice about Romani life in the UK in general would be great :3
Hi! I'm in need of some help. I have incredibly high scar rates (as in literally everything scars), and very low healing speeds. Does anybody have any tips for getting rid of "cat scratches" on right thigh? My heat intolerant ass is begging for shorts 😭
