The changes to Heavy Devastator shields were not also applied to Conflagration Devastators
As the title says, Conflagration Devastators still have indestructible shields. Be careful on Matar Bay, because that devastator surge is going to equal a lot of those shields bearing down on you on higher difficulties. This seems like such an obvious oversight, but I suppose it may have been intentional.
