Gogo Squeez Dino pouches disaster!

Ok so why TF did GoGo squeez just switch around all the dinos on their packages?! For 2 years it has been known that my 4 year old does not like the Triceratops one (I think it’s peach) and now they put the freakin triceratops on the Rawr berry flavor so now he refuses to eat that one too! WTF Gogo squeez?! Read the room! Do you even know your target audience is completely unreasonable toddlers?!

[TOMT] [song] 2000s song about partying

It’s a song from the 2000s probably- like 2000-2015. I feel like it was a guy singing and it was possibly hip/hop. There is a lyric that is something about “getting drunk cause it’s the weekend” or something along those lines.
I think it was hip/hop but I’m open to songs from other genres because I’m really not sure.

Wearing off early

I’m on generic vyvanse 30mg. It is definitely helping but is wearing off after around 5 hours. I plan to ask my doctor if adding adderall in the afternoon would help. Any other suggestions of additional meds? What is your experience?

How autism transitions to adult autism

I have a young family member who was recently diagnosed with “moderate autism”. He is verbal and seems high functioning. I’m just wondering for those who received similar diagnosis is childhood how have things gone for you in adulthood as far as relationships, education, employment etc.
Thank you in advance for sharing your experience!

Feeling very down about being defective

I was diagnosed as an adult (about 6 months ago). I had a sibling diagnosed with ADHD as a teenager and always suspected I had it too, but I was always very well behaved, quiet, not the best student but I managed to get by. I graduated college, lived alone, traveled, held important jobs, got married, had kids own a house etc but despite all that I’ve always known there was something off and had many struggles. I’ve always felt not good enough, constantly falling short, working twice as hard to get anywhere near where I’m supposed to be. It’s affected my relationships and self esteem. I was so relieved when I was finally diagnosed (still working on finding the right medication and dose) I always knew about executive dysfunction, task paralysis etc. but since my diagnosis I’ve done a deeper dive into ADHD and all these things that I thought were just me over the years are ADHD symptoms and now I’m starting to feel very depressed. My whole life even though I’ve tried so hard, cared so much, and loved so deeply I’ve been a horribly frustrating person this whole time. I feel straight up defective and my diagnosis is making me so sad why can’t I just be normal?!

Book recommendations

Does anyone have any good recommendations for books for couples with one ADHD partner and one non- ADHD partner? Specifically when the woman has ADHD and the man does not? I feel a lot of books/podcasts etc are geared towards the other way. They can be helpful to a degree but the dynamic is completely different. Thank you!
