Unfortunately, my contract will end next Friday, so I’m currently looking for a new job. Part-time or full-time opportunities are both welcome.

Background: • 5 years in telco (voice) • 6 months of customer service experience in my current job (claims)

In my current role, the equipment is company-provided, but I’m willing to invest in my own setup if required for a new opportunity. I’m also open to exploring other roles since customer service is the main niche I’ve worked in so far.

I’m actively applying to other companies as well and just trying my luck here in case anyone is hiring or can refer me.

I’m also open to outsourced work as long as I have a source of income. I just really can’t afford to be unemployed right now.
