Almost 2 months ago now, I got severely sun burned (sun poisoning) and I already did hydrocortisone treatments,

But the tan hasn’t gone down at all, and it still stings red if the water I’m using is even just slightly hot,

Has anyone experienced severe sun burn and has been able to treat it and get rid of the tan completely?

Everyone says once you understand it, it becomes easy, but I struggle to understand any of it

I want to be able to communicate and sound ‘similar’ to those around my age

Are there any sources or ways to learn specific vocab?

Any tips for rosacea and very dehydrated skin that would help!!
