Re-caulking my kitchen and bathroom to seal out bugs. Tips?

To elaborate, my building has roaches. I found how they're getting in to my apartment specifically- through spaces that weren't sealed properly. The spaces are Between cabinets and walls, between sink and counter, and between baseboards and floor.

How do I make sure it seals properly? Is there a specific type of caulk or sealant I should get?

Questionable Cottage cheese?

Opened a brand new container of cottage cheese. Small patch (smaller than a Dime) of grey substance on rim inside lid not touching actual cheese. No smell, not sour or discolored, normal texture and mouth feel, not fizzy or grainy.

Slight earthy taste? I have contamination ocd so not sure if I'm imagining it or not.

Dead thing that just crawled up from the forest floor.

Inspired by the description of Mycodelerium by Nasomatto (which would be on the list if it wasn't painfully out of my budget) Woods. Disturbed, loamy dirt. Something rich and rotting and fungal. Wet ferns slapping against waxy, rotting skin.

Weird French Zombie movie?

I tried the website and didn't help so I'm asking here.

French film (or speaking something that sounded french. There was subtitles.

It's a scifi horror I saw on tv in early 2010s. There's a global disaster and a virus is turning all the adults into fast type zombies. The kids are apparently immune, but government officials are chasing the kids, especially ones with a rash/marks on their necks. One kid watches his mom become a zombie, and I think before she did she gave him a note telling him to go to the ocean. He gathers a small group of other kids and it's revealed the rash/ marks are actually gills forming.

A Coquette Vampire eating Strawberry shortcake

So Pierrot Perfume is closing. I NEED Milk Teeth in my life. It's literally my favorite from them. So I'm looking for a signature scent with similar vibes- Strawberry forward, milky, something bloody or musky, sticky sweet and a little dangerous.

Am I missing something?

So I signed up to be a cat/kitten foster for ASPCA. Has anyone else done this? I've read all the material, downloaded the charts, the final step is Admin review and approval.

Is this a "wait and see" thing, is there someone I need to reach out to? I'm super excited and eager to help the little ones!

Hello Fellow Travelers!

Hi! I recently learned about Mallworld and the shared Dreamscape, and I'm wondering if anyone has been in the places I've been. For as long as I can remember I've dreamed about these places.

The Highway: huge looping, chaotic, underpasses and overpasses. Sometimes I'm driving on it, sometimes I'm walking on the shoulder. It connects a lot of the other places.

The Hospital: A huge, multistory hospital, with courtyards and hallways and elevators. There's a vehicle bay somewhere that's like a combination of a parking garage, ambulance bay, and the front of an airport terminal which connects to The Highway and The Bus.

The Park: so there's actually technically two parks, maybe? The first one has a stream? Or a swimming pool? And there's a barn, and woods nearby.

The Woods: this is where the other park is, and honestly is part of a whole... Area. I cross a road (part of The Highway) near The Houses. Nearby is The Junkyard. There's an embankment, and a fenced in area with sparse trees and walking trails. There's also a stream/ rain ditch, and if you follow it there's woods. There's also a clearing in the woods with a gift shop??? And a jungle gym/ park play equipment.

The Houses: endless. Streets, alleyways, apartments, neighborhoods, like someone stuck suburban and semi urban and semi rural areas in a blender. Staircases that go nowhere, crawlspaces and construction sites, and streets that curl around each other. There's also office buildings and businesses.

The Bus/ Bus Station: Travels through The Houses, and partway into The Woods.

The Ranch: somewhere between The Woods and The Junkyard, and on The Bus route. Stables, pens, mostly horses, a few dogs, goats.

The Arts District: there's like a downtown/ Main Street area, near the ocean. Lots of different shops. A huge... Antique mall? Just a tangle of shops and booths connected by hallways and staircases and doors. Sometimes upside down?

Forgot to add one, The Airport/ rollercoaster?
