Was Dewey right to throw Malcolm under the bus in the special class episode?

Yes I understand Malcolm should’ve minded his own business and just let Dewey go into the Krelboyne class but at the same time Dewey did go along with it and he did accept every one of Malcolm’s paycheques to keep his mouth shut and then he threw him under the bus straight after Malcolm gave him one and he also could have answered the test questions in a way that made him smart enough to remain in a normal class but not dumb enough that he needed to be in the special class. I’m not even sure myself.

Currently rewatching “Mother Simpson” and I have a few questions about Mona

Firstly was her crime really that serious that she had to go on the run for 25 years and have the FBI and Homer storming The Simpsons house once she was located? It’s not like she bombed the building and her crime didn’t really harm anyone in fact it even benefited Chief Wiggum. Secondly why did Homer welcome her back so easily? He at the very least should’ve demanded an explanation as to where she was. At least Marge pointed it out.

I feel like Sue really took advantage of having power over Axl when she caught him sneaking in after curfew. I would’ve understood if she had blackmailed him into driving her to the mall that one time when she had already asked him because she had asked him for a favour already and he said no and then asked her for a favour afterwards but she should’ve left it at that. Forcing him to drive her and her annoying friends around after school every single day was so toxic especially when Axl would’ve 100% covered for her if she snuck in after curfew.
