Hey, a lil about me:
Did my Master’s from a top IIT, and currently staying at bangalore working in tech & AI, balancing ambition, career, and personal life
Non-vegetarian, non-smoker, and an occasional drinker
Sports keep me sane. I regularly play badminton and sometimes football as well
Interested in the stock market and trading, so I enjoy conversations beyond just memes and reels
Big movie lover, probably watched enough films to become a hopeless romantic (e.g - Before Sunrise)
Huge foodie, always down for good food, café hopping, or random cravings
Currently trying to get better at cooking and staying consistent with fitness as well
Loyal, straightforward, and someone who values effort, consistency, and clear communication
I enjoy deep conversations, good humor, emotional maturity, and peaceful vibes
What I’m Looking For:
Someone who believes in old school romance, kind, emotionally mature, and genuine good communication and honesty over mind games. Supportive of each other’s goals, ambitions, and growth.

Hey :)
I’m someone who keeps things simple, life feels a lot better when people are just honest and real. No guessing games, no mixed signals… just clarity and good vibes.
I work in the corporate space as an AI Engineer, and things are going well, earning more than decent and settled with my own place in Bangalore. Life’s fairly sorted on that front, now just looking for the right person to share it with.
Badminton is my go-to stress buster, and I enjoy playing football whenever I get the chance. I’m also a low-maintenance plant parent, just a few greens I somehow manage to keep alive. I cook sometimes… still figuring it out, but I try.
I’m a bit crazy about films and can easily get lost in a good movie, and I also keep an active interest in the stock market. So yeah, I can talk about movies one minute and investments the next.
I enjoy easy, calm conversations, a bit of playful humor, and people who are genuine without trying too hard. If it’s effortless to talk to you, I’ll probably like you already.
It’s going to be a year in this city next month, and I’m still lacking good companions here. Either everyone’s too busy, or maybe I just have too much free time in my life.
I miss my college hostel days, when I had to share my room with two others and didn’t even have my own money. Back then, life felt simpler. There was always someone to talk to, laugh with, or just sit beside after a long day.
Right now, I’m financially independent and have my own apartment, but still, there’s no one to share it with. No friends, no social groups, no relationship. Everyone here just seems like a stranger.
That’s how I spend most of my weekends nowadays, talking to myself and endlessly scrolling through my phone. It’s funny how life gives you everything you once wanted - money, privacy, freedom and still somehow leaves you feeling empty at times.
Maybe growing up is just learning that loneliness can exist even in a crowded city. But I still believe the right people, the right moments, and the right phase of life eventually find their way to us.
Thanks for reading till the end. Being a fan of Samay Raina, I just hope, “this too shall pass.”
Hi is there anybody who would like to go for clubbing now? Weekend wali feeling?? 🙂
Last week, I made a post on a dating subreddit saying that I’m looking for someone. A girl reached out to me after seeing my post. We connected on Instagram and chatted for 2–3 days. Then we planned to meet at her flat yesterday, so I went.
She welcomed me really well, and we had good conversations. She even made me cold coffee. We also watched a film (up to the interval). Overall, she seemed like a really nice person. She has a cute dog too, and I genuinely enjoyed her company.
But when I asked about her past dating experiences, she mentioned that she had dated her dream guy during her college days and even showed me their pictures, which I had zero interest in. They broke up because it turned into a long-distance relationship.
After that, she dated another guy in Bangalore, which she described as a situationship. The guy had feelings for her, but she didn’t feel the same. Apparently, they were sharing a flat, and only a few days ago the guy moved out. After that, she installed Bumble and somehow came across my Reddit post.
Even while we were having these conversations, a guy from Bumble video-called her on whatsapp, and she picked up and talked to him for a few minutes.
So yeah, I don’t really know what to feel about all this, but I’m honestly a bit sad. I also felt like I wasn’t even her type. This is actually my 4th or 5th failed dating experience in Bangalore, and honestly, I feel done now.
Anyway, I feel quite lonely in this city and don’t have many friends here. Maybe I just need to take some time, recollect myself, and focus on me.
I just wanted to share this here. Thanks for reading till the end.
Hi all, if you have any plans for this weekend, let me know. Doesn't need to be explicitly long 2-3 days plan even shorter ones are ok.
