Does nobody post reviews anymore? i’ve sent out 15 odd items this week and i’ve gotten one review

Hi! i just started taking lexapro 5mg last week, it would be day 7 today. I’m currently out of the country and have been experiencing bad nausea. I flew last night and even before the plane took off i had to ask for a sick bag and the whole journey was filled with anxiety and feeling sick. Since i’m on a low dose and have just started, i decided to stop until i get home, which would be sunday. I’ll be on trains a lot, busses ect and that’s what spikes the nausea.
I’ve done some research and because it’s only been 6 days, i’d experience no withdrawals ect.
I wish i could’ve pushed through but the thought of throwing up on public transport is awful.
Has anyone stopped early on and gone back a few days later?
