im honestly struggling so bad rn 😭 i have macromastia and im a 32G which sounds crazy and my back pain is next level. it feels like my shoulders and upper back are constantly on fire, especially after school or just walking around for too long. lowkey makes me not want to do anything fr.
has anyone else dealt with this? how do you cope with the back pain from big boobs? are there any exercises that actually help strengthen your back or improve posture without making it worse? i’ve tried basic stuff but idk what works for someone my age and size.
also, any bra recommendations?? like supportive ones that don’t dig in or make the pain worse? i need something that actually holds everything without feeling like torture.
