Brisket sludge
Made a braised brisket for dinner. Can I do with all the juices left in the pan? It's quite savory. Hate to dump The meat was cooked down with a bunch of onions, carrots, and a bit of tomato paste.

Punched up with some pepper, chili crisp, and a glug of toasted sesame oil. The gloop (dunno what else to call it) at the bottom of the bowl from the residual noodle moisture, egg yolk, and oils was so good! 😋

Separated the noods from the broth and topped em with green onion, toasted sesame, and some leftover queso fresco. I creamified the broth with an egg yolk and punched it up with a splash of sesame oil and chili crisp, then used it as a sauce for some fried tofu and mushrooms.
All my favorites, except the Chapagetti, which I'll be trying for the first time. What're y'alls tips and tricks to take it to the next level?
These are pretty good, very nice of spicy and sweet, with a very tolerable heat level! I wouldn't say they're the best product I've tried that jumped on the "hot honey" bandwagon, definitely not the worst either. Honey mustard may still be the GOAT of Snyder pretzels, but I am a little disappointed these are a limited run...
Due to refrigeration issues, my local grocery store store had to throw away all their meat and deli stuff!
Had a physical last week, and my daily pill count jumped from 2 to 7 (8 on Saturday)! 😭
The garlic and cracker shell kinda overpower the parm flavor, but if you crack em open and lick out the filling, it's there. Still very thirst provoking, though...
Someone gave me a pack of these, and they made for a pretty good lunch. The broth was very savory, mildly spicy, and coconut forward in flavor. One of the flavor pouches tasted like fish food flakes at first, but that was completely gone after cooking it up. The noods are also good, and they had a chewy texture, similar to Paldo. I'd like to try them again and see about punching them up a bit. However, upon investigation, I see my local Wally World sells a pack of 4 for $20! Which seems extreme.
Coming from a Ranger, the Escape would probably be the easiest transition and most practical choice for driving in Michigan winters. While the Mazda is probably the closest I'll ever get to a midlife crisis vehicle. Both seem to have decent reputations if well maintained. Dont don't know anything about the van, but I think fleet cars are underrated, and it may be a wise choice with any potential housing shenanigans I may face. I'm a single dude with no obligations to anyone. Whaddya y'all think?
