Goodbye Explorer - will miss you.

I purchased this 2016 Ford Explorer XLT as my first ever vehicle back in December of 2023. I’ve been through car accidents, good times, bad times, fell in love, fell out of love, I learnt to drive, and everything else in this vehicle. I put just over thirty thousand miles on it. I always loved it, but in the back of my mind I always wanted a truck - and that was my goal since purchasing. So, yesterday, I officially sold my Explorer and purchased a new vehicle. It’s bitter sweet. 😢

Purchased this two days ago - can’t stop looking at it.

Should be getting it sometime next week. It’s in such beautiful condition. And it has the orange accent interior.

Oasis report

Hello there,

I just bought a 2017 F-150 Raptor and was looking to see if there are any ford dealers here who would be able to do an oasis report for my vehicle. There’s something on the trucks’s carfax potentially related to the cam phasers being replaced but I just want to make sure. And would be curious to know any other work done under warranty.

Just test drove a raptor

After 3 years of wanting one, I think next week will be the week. 🙏

2016 Explorer 3.5 non eco boost making ticking noise

Any idea what this could possibly be? It’s a 2016 Explorer XLT with about 122K miles, has the 3.5l v6 non eco boost. It makes this sound at idle. Can’t really tell if it sounds like that when driving. Anything I could start to look at to pinpoint what it could be? Any help would be appreciated. Also I have a p1450 code. Could it be related?
