I’m from NY so our AR platform customization abilities are heavily handicapped and I’m looking to get that fix from a lever action as they aren’t regulated at all in terms of what you can do to them besides suppressing. I’m looking for good recs on something that can give me that and I’d be interested in a more cqb build so I’m sure .357 would be the caliber of choice there. I’m familiar with the Marlin dark series but their 357 seems very hard to come by especially at msrp. Is there any that have good aftermarket support that would allow for mlok furniture without needing too much experience with taking apart and rebuilding the gun itself as this would be my first real time doing so which is another reason I wanna do it! Secured seats!!!! First concert ever and first brand new concert so very very excited. As a novice concert goer, I’m wondering if it’s possible to filter up to the ga floor or is that frowned upon or not allowed etc? I was 900 something in the queue so GA floor was gone by my pick but I’m wondering if we can filter or if it’s possible that we get there early we can get on the floor? Apologize for my ignorance but I also don’t wanna do something that is genuinely frowned upon simply not allowed by the venue. Thanks!!

Don’t listen to the chud selling you a gun behind the counter or officer spewing bullshit and assume his word is gospel. Do your own research on upcoming bans/laws. I was picking up a canik sfx rival yesterday from cabelas and mentioned the shadow systems cr920 is probably my next purchase and the guy goes “well ya better hurry, they’ll be banned in about 30 days” no, they won’t. I told him not till June of next year and I can tell he still didn’t believe me lol. The day I was buying the canik and looking at other pistols a different salesman goes “Yea no shadow systems won’t be banned they have their own stand alone trigger systems” I jsut kept my mouth shut with that one. Please, just do your own research and stop relying on some random dude to tell you what’s true or not. Thanks!!

A coworker of mine just bought a new house and is looking to offload some things he doesn’t use. He offered for 300$ I’d get the gun and the ammo. Good deal? Wanted to see if I could talk him down to 250 cus balls more so in my court here lol as I can live without the gun and planed on buying a new pistol this weekend anyway. Would u say 250-300 is a good deal? Gun is I’m good condition of course as well.

Going to be attending the gun show in Alexander June 21st 2 days after my birthday so fully expecting to not leave with whatever money I walk in with 😂 sadly Wyoming county clerks won’t be there so I’ll have to maneuver that aspect somehow but are they worth going to if you actually plan on buying something? I’ve never been to one and oddly enough a few posts have been popping up on my Reddit in other gun subs saying they’re overhyped and a good way to overspend on guns etc etc so if they’re not worth it I’ll jsut take my money to an ffl but just curious on your guys’ opinions.

What pistols do you have on your list of must buy before the ban next year? Curious to get some ideas or if any maybe catch my eye. HK VP9 has been high on my next buy list but it won’t be banned so I’m in no rush to get it if something that will be no longer for sale peeks my interest

Will pistol kits be banned under the recent legislation? Like would it be worth it to buy a few built frames, containing the cruciform trigger bar, to have then when I have more money, buy the parts to finish the builds in the future? Or would I not be able to buy the other parts either after the ban? I’m new to the pistol world and absolutely crushed I finally got into it and more options are being taken away. Hopefully a lawsuit coming soon 🤞

I want to attend some gun shows this summer but I was thinking about if I were to buy a pistol, what are the logistics of that? They’re mostly on weekends so county clerks offices are closed so by the time I’d be able to add it to my permit the show would be over so how would I be able to get it on my permit and take possession? Caught myself staring at an HK vp9 about a week ago while I was waiting 2,000hrs for an ammo background check. Felt amazing in my hands and read a lot about it, but haven’t really asked anyone myself so anyone own a vp9 and if so what’s some pros and cons you’ve come across? I’d be looking to use this as an EDC if it out performs my g43x

Is it legal to get my Glock ported? Or would that classify as a “muzzle device”. Tia!
