What kind of confidence in a woman is attractive instead of intimidating?

I’ve heard people say that confident women can be either incredibly attractive or intimidating, depending on the person. It made me wonder where that line is from a man’s perspective. What does confidence actually look like to you? Is it how she carries herself, the way she speaks, her independence, her sense of humor, or something else? I’m genuinely curious to hear different opinions.

If you had to describe your personality without mentioning your job or hobbies, what would you say?

I’d say I’m the kind of person who asks too many questions, notices the little things everyone else misses, and somehow manages to be both skeptical and hopeful at the same time. I don’t think people usually guess me correctly on the first impression.

If humans eventually colonize other planets, what do you think we’ll look back on from Earth and consider strange?

I wonder if future humans will think it’s odd that we were confined to one planet for so long kind of like how we look back at people who had never traveled beyond their hometown.👀

What’s something that seems completely normal now but will probably be looked back on as crazy in 50 years?

i think people will look back at the gap between legal equality and everyday reality for women. We often say women are equal because the law generally says we are, but there are still many experiences like harassment, safety concerns, unequal expectations at home, and being taken less seriously in some situations that many women continue to face. I think future generations may be surprised that society considered those things normal for so long.

What part of yourself do you hide from almost everyone? I’ll go first.

I have trichotillomania, and I’ve gotten so good at hiding it that most people in my life have no idea. It’s one of my biggest insecurities, and I’ve never really talked about it openly.

What’s something you keep hidden from the world? 👀

What’s something about you that people always get wrong?

Could be your personality, appearance, job, hobbies, or anything. What’s the assumption people make that’s completely off?
