Basically the title - I want to make a Gravis Gunline list work, but I am not clear on which units are best? I feel like Heavy Intercessors are way overcosted for what they do now so I'm not sure its worth it

Any suggestions?

Looking to get unit GSC for 11th edition (despite the army rule controversy) as I think the lore is really fun & the models are cool & unique. Looking for some advice on whether this starting list is viable? Would this be better as take & hold or purge the foe?

I'm looking to get into White Scars for 11th edition (I fell down the lore rabbit hole & am partial to psykers, so they seemed like the perfect fit). I've been seeing a lot of posts mentioning Spearpoint + Librarius as the default combo, but no actual list suggestions.

I am aware points updates are coming out in a few days, but I was wondering if the general shell made sense to those with more experience with White Scars. I am going for a somewhat lore inspired list that can play either disruption or recon.

For context, I mostly play on TTS & when I was putting together a list I noticed there were no chaos vindicator models. So naturally, I went & stole an Imperial Fist model with the head canon that we stole it / were disguised as IF.

That got me excited about the idea of using regular space marine models instead of Alpha models (for example, Blood Angels JPI instead of raptors).

Do you think people will object if I were to go full out? Also, what are the best models/chapters to proxy?
