So most know me for going after b grades, so I’d found this b grade listing a while back and saved it just in case. Well I had a small credit balance sitting in my agent account and figured, why not use it on a pair from this listing. I’m familiar with this exact model and batch as I’d gotten my son a pair of b grades from Repmaster over a year ago of this same batch and model. Those were perfect aside from a little yellowing on the bottom of the sole. The listing notes a few black spots and the sample pictures hardly show any, and I’ve had overall good success with b grades in the past and said why not.

Well I struck out on this one. The shoes have black stains all over, definitely more than a “few” lol. Looks like mold to be honest. As I noted I’m familiar with this exact batch and model, and have tried to clean the suede on my son’s and the color fades quickly and discolors easily. So to attempt to clean the amount of spots off these would discolor most of the sneaker. Luckily it was only 69y, so no big loss, but figured I’d post in the case someone else runs across this same link and is tempted. I’ll probably not ship these and just let the agent discard them. Shame on me for not checking the actual review photos before ordering 🤣. There’s spots all over but these are the worst.

Yesterday I posted that I got my giveaway pair of RSD Reverse Mochas in from Panda Vault. Since I’ve already been rocking a pair of FK Reverse Mochas that I’ve been really happy with, I figured I’d throw together a quick comparison for you guys.
Quick disclaimer: I’m definitely no pro when it comes to analyzing micro shape or subtle toe box variations unless it’s glaringly obvious. These are just my personal, in-hand observations.
First off, the RSD pair looks fantastic. Zero complaints here. If you're looking for a top-tier, high-end batch for the Reverse Mocha, you really can't go wrong with it. For context, I own almost every colorway of the TS Lows—mostly in LJR, but I also have CVW (Mocha), two RSDs (Mocha and Reverse Mocha), and a couple of FK pairs (my wife has a few FKs as well). I’ve been completely satisfied with both LJR and FK. FK in particular is ridiculously good for what it costs and sits right up there with LJR in my book.
Sizing Notes
Most TS Low reps tend to run a bit large on me. I’m technically a true size 12.5, but since 12.5 is practically nonexistent in rep sizing (and pretty scarce in retail, too), I usually go with a 13. Because they run slightly roomy, I decided to test out a size 12 when I ordered my FK pair just to see how it felt, and surprisingly, it fits perfectly. That said, I'm always paranoid about a shoe being too tight, so I generally still buy size 13.
Because of this, the comparison here is between a worn size 12 (FK) and a brand new size 13 (RSD). Unsurprisingly, the size difference is pretty noticeable. The RSD pair is visibly larger overall—including the shape and logo sizing—though I can't say for sure how much of that is the physical size gap versus actual batch design differences. Also keep in mind my FK pair has been taken on two vacations and worn consistently over the last 6 to 8 months, so it has some natural creasing.
In-Hand Comparison
Aside from the size difference, there weren't any huge glaring flaws between the two:
Suede Color & Movement: There’s always a lot of debate around the suede shade on TS Lows, especially with recent LJR batches looking a bit dark. Between my FK and RSD, the brown suede is remarkably close in person. The suede movement is very similar on both, even with the FK having some wear on it.
Reverse Swoosh: The swooshes were a slightly different shade, but it’s barely noticeable and well within the range of standard retail variance.
Price vs. Value Verdict
This is where the real split happens:
FK Batch: At around 300–330¥ depending on the seller (I snagged mine on sale for $66 shipped), FK is an absolute steal. Every FK TS Low I’ve seen in hand has impressed me.
RSD Batch: Coming in around $138 shipped to the US, it’s a noticeable jump in price.
Bottom Line:
If you’re super nitpicky, a stickler for the minor details, and don't mind dropping the extra cash, RSD is a solid choice. But if you’re trying to stay budget-conscious or just want an incredible shoe for the money, you honestly can't go wrong with FK.
At the end of the day, don't just blindly take my word or anyone else's for it—do your own legwork, look at photos, and decide what batch fits your priorities best. (Pro tips: I always browse eBay listings to see how retail pairs actually look under normal, unedited lighting, also don’t sleep on LJR B or FK B grades, although FK B grades don’t pop up often).

Hey everyone, put together a quick side-by-side comparison of the Jordan 4 "Brick after Brick" (Retail vs. Y3 vs. LJR). Here’s the breakdown:
Y3 Batch
Pros: Sizing and scale are more accurate to retail. Leather softness and hand-feel are the closest to retail out of the two.
Cons: Sole color is still too dark (the updated batch was supposed to fix this, though I might've received the older batch). Material is slightly glossier and less textured than retail.
LJR Batch
Pros: Best sole color match to retail. Visually, the leather texture looks the closest.
Cons: Leather feels stiff to the touch. The shoe is over-scaled and sits taller in the ankle/heel area than retail (similar to the LJR Laker 4s).
Why I Skipped GX Batch
GX adds extra padding to the tongue and ankle collar. In larger sizes (like my size 13), it makes 4s look noticeably bulky compared to retail, especially on lighter colorways.
Final Verdict
I’m sure there might be other differences, these are just the ones I noticed. You can't go wrong with either Y3 or LJR—it just comes down to which flaws you'd rather live with. On-foot, no one is telling the difference unless they're holding a retail pair right next to yours. Any of the trusted sellers can get you either of these batches. Hey everyone, got super lucky at my local Burlington tonight and snagged a retail pair of Nike Phantom Elite FGs (Size 13) for $39.99. Since I’ve been buying reps for my son (Size 9.5), I wanted to do a quick breakdown of how retail compares to the rep batches floating around:
Upper Coating: Retail definitely has that sticky/rubbery upper coating everyone talks about (probably for moisture control and durability). The reps I've bought completely lack this coating, so that's the biggest visual/tactile difference.
Interior: Inside feels pretty standard—no extra sticky or high-grip materials inside as some reviews claimed.

The Grapes: Total nostalgia trip for me, takes me right back to being a kid. It’s a classic OG colorway, and I love that it has the original Nike Air logo on the back instead of the Jumpman.
The PSGs: Honestly, I wasn't originally a huge fan of these because of the pink accents, but for the price, I figured why not? The materials are super interesting—it feels very premium and high-end, almost like an A Ma Maniére collab. The pink satin-like sock liner is actually really elegant in hand.

According to the seller, these are the DGC batch. While DGC does some really solid work on other models, I haven’t seen this specific batch in hand yet.
My Thoughts on the Details & Finish:
The Midsole: From what I can tell in the QC photos, these have more of a matte finish on the midsoles.
Retail Comparison: I used to own a retail pair (feel free to check my profile for the GX vs. Retail comparison I did a while back), and retail is typically glossier. However, because multiple factories produced the retail run, there are retail examples out there that actually dropped with a matte finish.
Personal Preference: Honestly, I always preferred the matte look anyway. It gives it a cleaner, more stealthy vibe—which is exactly why I ended up preferring the GX batch over the retail pair I hit on.
Disclaimer: I didn't dive into a full, detailed breakdown of this batch, so definitely check the overall shape and minor details on your own before buying.
