Sometime back, I enrolled working as a freelancer recruiter. I worked for couple of months, and did a lot of hardwork. The company hires a lot of freelancer recruiters(HR), and I thought, it is a geniuine company.
Suddenly one day, the Owner (then a small company) suddenly informed, the Clients aren't paying. I happened to work for 3-4 clients, did a lot of hardwork, and suddenly I was blocked off. There is a sardar ji in his team Gurdeep, who was often friendly, but, the day, they broke this news, they side lined me. and started giving importance to other freelancers.
Few months later, I came to know, the same incident happened to many other freelancer Recruiters. Earlier they were given importance and later sidelined and ignored. I atleast had 4- +ve placements, and was expecting atleast 3-4 Lacs as commission. But all hardwork in vain. I realized, I could have approached the cops, but, my education and ethics stopped me from doing that.
Be careful, in case you they happen to reach out to you, and exploit your time and hardwork.
