Track Lighting Compatibility?

Hi there! This might be a silly question, but I'm about to move into a place that has track lighting with basic lights that [look like this]. I want to add some more interesting lights to the track, probably some hanging ones.

What is compatible with the track lighting (other than things that specifically say so, lol). Could I, for instance, use a random hanging light with an adapter [like this]? Just trying to figure out what my options are. Any advice is much appreciated!

Camera & storage recommendations for new business?

Hello! I've been tasked with looking into security camera options for a business that's about to open up.

The entire premises needs to have video camera coverage, and that video needs to be stored for one year.

I have a few calls out to local security companies already, but thought I'd check on reddit to see if there are recommendations for something a little more *DIY*, as this is a small business in a very low-risk area, and right now the budget is pretty tight.

Are there options for say, reliable wifi cameras that I can back up locally?

Any thoughts are appreciated, even if it's just a more appropriate sub to ask this in.

Is my long hair damaging my washing machine?

Recently cleaned my tub drain and freaked at the amount of hair. I have a lot of long, thick hair (and a dog and a cat) and now I'm worried it's getting tangled up in the washing machine like it did in the tub. Do you all do anything to ensure hair isn't building up?

I do clean my washing machine monthly, but can't imagine that does much about any hair

Hello! I recently colored my hair using Schwartzkopf Keratin Color box dye. It came with a tube of "Schwarzkopf Keratin Color K-Bond-Plex conditioner".

**Does anyone know if I can purchase something similar that's not part of a box dye kit?**

This stuff made my hair so smooth and soft (usually frizzy & poofy w/ terrible quality natural waves), but it doesn't seem to be sold as a standalone product? Is there a reason? Should this only be used sparingly or something?

Hey everyone! Wondering if anyone here takes 1500mg Extended Release Metformin at the same time?

I'm currently on 1500mg, but my doc has me taking 500mg three times per day because I'm dealing with some gastro side effects. I'm having a hard time remembering to take it 3x daily (due to several factors), so I'm wondering if anyone takes their daily dose all at once without horrible side effects?
