Frozen entrees at “Indonesia’s Flavour” at the farmer’s market

Has anyone tried these? Saw them today on a market walkthrough and am seriously intrigued. If anyone has tried the frozen Mi Goreng or the frozen bao , lemme know what you thought - please and thanks!

Exploring ingredients for an unwilling-yet-necessary NA summer - Lapsang Souchong

Has anyone played with Lapsang Souchong as an ingredient? Im thinking the peaty/smoky/tannin might translate to blends where you would traditionally turn to a whiskey to get that vibe. Plus it's my favourite afternoon tea choice so I already have it in stock.

I've got a SMALL repertoire of NA concoctions under my belt, but I feel like i need to lean into this a build a veritable arsenal for my enforced dry summer.

Kato seems to lack detail in their set descriptions on their web site - at least the English version. Literally every “description” and “specification” entry is the same chunk of boilerplate.

So - I’ll toss out the question : does the V3 “yard switching” set give you enough track BEYOND the required turnouts to set up a stand-alone basic Inglenook? Or would one have to pickup an extra pack of straight track to made the sidings the required length?

Alternatively, does someone have an actual “what’s in the box” listing for both the V3 and v4 sets?
Thanks!
