I have such a hard time finding something similar to this Zahia Dehar piece, especially the bottom piece?? What are they called??? How to find a micro skirt or something that flares down like these, I only ever find ones attached to garter belts or ones that flare out like crazy?? If anyone has suggestions or finds lmk.
