All my hard work gone 😡

All my hard work gone 😡

I'm so disappointed... I have bigger accounts but this account I purposely did nothing wrong. For 7 months I was building this account as a build in public account for my apps and newsletter. Suspended for what!? I can't process this in my mind I know I did nothing wrong cause I know the rules I have larger accounts that are still good I was building this one organic and without doing any follow for follow. I can't believe it bro wtf.

Feature request: PNG access for past releases, not just the current one

Right now once you post a new email, that ability's gone. I like the PNG feature a lot, but the timing doesn't match how opens actually happen.

My opens keep coming in 5-6 days after send, with a real chunk landing between day 2 and day 6, not just the first 24-48 hours. Because I have a audience from multiple countries timezones take time to open.

So the PNG snapshot you can currently grab isn't really reflective of the final results, it's just an early read. Being able to pull it for past releases (not just the current one) would make it actually useful as a performance record instead of a snapshot you have to catch in time.

Anyone else running into this? I attached this image to give example of the PNG download I'm taking about

How many links is too many?

I write a newsletter that breaks down arbitrage concepts and strategies for American founder expats living abroad in 15 countries. The concepts can be quite extensive so what I've done to keep the newsletter short and quick to read is use blog articles to break deeper concepts down or itemize resources and links.

So if I'm doing a deep dive on the frameworks it can easily fit but if someone needs more information I included blog links that corresponds to the topic so they can read more indepth if they more curious about the arbitrage concept.

But now I'm wondering what amount of links starts to hurt my cta link or affiliate links if it's too many links or if it's fine because the links serve a purpose.

What do you think?

How many links before it hurts the CTA?

I write a newsletter that breaks down arbitrage concepts and strategies for American founder expats living abroad in 15 countries. What do you do in this situation any type of limit or rules you stick to best practices? Thanks.

Before & After Type-S Wing Swap + Paint was it Worth It?

Spent 2 days swapping on a Type-S wing and painting it myself. Definitely learned a lot during the process. It was next to impossible to get the old spoiler screw out the truck it was really really hard but I got it. Put 2-3 coats and clear coats probably needed more. Then color was hard to come by.

Looking for honest feedback from other RSX owners how does the fitment look? Does the paint blend well? What would you have done differently?

993 → 812 subscribers. I did this on purpose.

I just deleted 181 subscribers and I want to explain why before anyone thinks I’m crazy.

I Launched the newsletter building in public the start of June. Tried organic then I switched to running paid ads to grow fast. Three issues in we’re sitting at 993 subs which felt great until I actually looked at the numbers.

Open rates were off. Click rates were off. Something wasn’t adding up.

Turned out my ad targeting had a bug and we were pulling in unverified leads between 70th sub and 309th sub.

The targeting was pulling in people who had zero interest in the content. They confirmed, got on the list, never opened a single issue. They just sit there and do nothing except make your count look good and slowly destroy your deliverability with Gmail and Outlook.

I segmented everyone who didn’t open anything some of them were friends and family I personally wanted in. Oh well Didn’t matter. They had to go too.

Force unsubscribed 181 people. Dropped from 993 to 812 in about a hour and half of manual unsubscribing ( no scale plan yet, yetttt Ima get it soon :) )

Fixing the targeting now and honestly the list already feels cleaner. 25% dead weight gone means every real subscriber actually counts. Open rates and clicks should climb. Deliverability improves the longer I run clean.

812 real subscribers slowly grinding back up to 900 waste of budget too. Be careful don’t do what I did.

Back to climbing toward 1,000. Should hit it by end of the week.

Anyone else gone through this? Curious how long it took for your metrics to actually recover after a purge.
