Hi, I'm an AI engineer at a Fintech company with 1 YOE as an intern there. I actually wanted to work in JPMC (like others) but people said that coming from a tier 3 college you would at least need a prior experience even if it's an internship like that would increase the chances of shortlisting.

Though I have experience, now I am seeking a job at JPMC. I can get referrals from my relatives but I am confused by what roles should apply in sde/ai based on experience like how do I that this job hires candidate with 1 YOE. Also any suggestions for preparation and things to be taken under consideration are welcome, Thank you.
