I’m interested in mechanical / electrical engineering core ( i wont get electrical tho) but i wanna do MS in abroad as well, i want to do core engineering.. how are the labs and acads in PEC?
How is the culture of core engineering and project building? Are there any clubs related to it? How are the profs?

hello, i am interested in mechanical and electrical , still yet to decide between them, i dont want any cse placements or stuff i am not interested in that, i want to further study in core only i am interested in these branches and will pursue further studies abroad,... i just want to know how are these branches in COEP, like labs, profs , acads.. are they good quality?

Hey, so I’ll be joining a clg this year, i got 97.22 percentile (JEE MAIN, 43k crl, general male) in jan
No decent options in NITs and IIITs will f*** up my clg life (not like I’m getting IIIT hyd/blr lol)..
I can get into good priv like Thapar for cse or
I can get into decent maharashtra colleges
COEP: electrical, SPIT: extc, PICT: AIDS, and DJ sanghvi CSE ( i feel like in these colleges branch matters more so thinking about Dj sanghvi)

So i was thinking if thapar is charing me almost 35-40 lakhs for btech .. is it really worth it?
I am willing to go abroad for masters or mba , so should i save money in btech and get into Maharashtra colleges for UG and then spend money for masters education?

Even though thapar does provide excellent opportunities and placements am i thinking in the right direction? I’m from a well-to-do fam btw if that matters.

I might get entc in pict based on last years cutoff.. is it worth it? Might get electrical engineering in coep in spot round or spit extc in spot round..

can seniors help me if its a good option?
