What do i need to do with a seller who is exploiting that policy without providing useful info on the order.

Would the discogs team get involved over such thing? Despite that i do not have the 4 day option

Problem: seller not providing tracking since may 9th

Hello fellow collectors,

Unfortunately for the first time on discogs, today I had to cancel and request a refund to one of my purchases which the seller has granted ( problem was from seller side )

What i want to know: for anyone who had an experience with a similar situation, how long does it usually take for the amount to be refunded to your bank account? Is there anything else I should do after i have taken that step?

I would appreciate any information that might help me get some clearance as this is the first time i face this situation.

PS: i don’t use PayPal to pay on discogs, only my bank card. ( International )
