Finally got diagnosed with this code. My mechanic says I need someone who works with electrical. Is there anything I should try before paying another person?

Turned my truck on at the gas station. After about 2 seconds it shut off and won’t turn back on. The dash lights up fine and I hear a click under the hood when I turn the key. I was messing with some wiring near the radio to get it to work but it started fine after that
Please help me I’ll pay if I can get this truck running again. I have a trailer and a bed full of my belongings because I’m moving over 1000 miles
Just parked the car and finished up putting in my head unit and now the truck won’t start. Battery was left connected but it started right up after finishing my head unit. After a few seconds it shut off with no warning. Now it won’t start
