Problem/Goal: I need advice on where to find and access welcoming online communities to recruit Filipino respondents aged forty and above for an academic study.

Context: I am a Belgian Master's student from UCLouvain researching social attitudes in the Philippines. I have a massive sample imbalance with too many participants under thirty, and I am critically short on older respondents (only about 10 respondents in their 40s, 2 in their 50s, and 1 in their 60s). Because I am abroad, algorithms keep looping me back into youth-centric feeds. Balancing this demographic is my absolute priority for my thesis.

Previous Attempts: I tried standard distribution channels and general tags, but they only target a younger demographic. I am looking for specific names or platforms for welcoming, accessible local spaces where older Filipinos engage and where an academic inquiry would be received well.
