I am really struggling getting clients, I am yet to even get one that is willing to undergo a free trial for a honest review. I have emailed about 100 stores and yet nothing. What more / else can I do !?

I’m a mechanical engineer (1 year post grad) and I feel quiet stuck in terms of what I want from my future. I keep going back and forth on myself thinking I want to start my own buyback to trying to grow my own career in mechanical engineering and making my way up that career ladder.

I want to know what other people are paying for their surgery in Australia! I was referred to a urologist from my gp and after several appointments and trials of trying to help reduce my hyper sensitivity in my glands we came to a conclusion to go with circumcision.
The current price I’m being charged is $2500 for the operation, $500 for hospital bed and $500 for general anaesthetic = $3500 + all the extra small items. Is this reasonable!? Or should I be looking with alternative options. I’m with Dr Eric Chung at Brisbane AndroUrology Centre if anyone knows.

If I gain transaction from that, I am looking at maybe developing a SaaS that instead of giving a one off report will be constantly running proving insight and ideas on how to best optimise their specific ecommerce store.
Be real with me, is this idea worth it or is this space too croweded or is there something else that’s not going to work with it !?

I run a service based business that analyses ecommerce inventory data to identify:
- Slow-moving stock that’s affecting profit
- Opportunites to improve stock turnover and margins
- Optimised procedures to prevent stock run outs and excessive inventory
I am not trying to sell my services, however I’m tying to get feedback from people that run online businesses with inventory if these are challenges you typically face!?
