Has anyone been on fludrocortisone and ended up with stress fractures / stress reactions due medication side effects? Specifically as a runner?

My teen has just been diagnosed with osgood schlatter. He's deloaded for 2 weeks but still pain when running. Running is his sport, but what can he do to cross train until it calms, swimming? Bike riding caused him pain the other week but maybe need to increase height on seat?
Any suggestions would be great!
I have shin splints that reducing running to short intervals on the treadmill which was causing no pain. I ran outside and now back to lingering pain noooooooo.
I know stress fracture is always an possibility with shin splints... When do they worry? With what symptoms?
What has more longevity for a 9 year old, an upgraded trampoline (only have a little one currently) or monkey bars (just the straight ones not the jungle gym climbing ones). Or any other outdoor recommendations for girls this age to encourage outside play??
I have a child who competes at a regional level. If he trained squad a few times a week he would improve and make it make to state level but at 12 I don't want him to overtrain, be injured, loose the love for refining. But some how in today's society our kids are training for running at a really young age.

Kids running 6-10 KMs on one day aged under 11. Kids doing multiple hard training sessions each week etc

Why are 8 year Olds squad run training, chances are they will loose the love for it by mid teens.

Am I only only one thinking this?
I run consistently and slowly building up KMs again. I noticed some slight pain here when running a couple weeks ago but nothing major. I in-between have bought new shoes, first run ended up with calf pain but all good now. Notice the slight pain occasionally again when running. I've realised I have a tender lump next to bone on the muscle. Any ideas? Massage it out? Can shin splints be this high? Fine to walk around.
No pain on hop test maybe I just need to stretch my calves out good. Does anyone know any really good leg stretching exercises?
My next run is in 2 days 🤞🤞🤞

I'm trialling mobic for possible inflammatory arthritis. I can increase my mobic from 7.5mg to 15mg if I need. How do I know I need to do this, 2 days and inflammation hasn't reduced, I was hopeful after first dose I woke up feeling more free but not today. Should I increase to 15 to try? Or just taking a double dose one day won't have an impact?

We've recently cruised and went 2 X guaranteed interior rooms, different floors. One adult one child in each room. Worked well besides not being near each other. I having to sort out youngest all the time etc
I've seen a great sale on a balcony room but we would be quad share.. how do you manage to stay in quad share, sharing a bathroom with 2 kids who have a habit of winding each other up and fighting and won't fall asleep next to each other without fuss 😂😂 aged 12 and 9 boy girl.
Any advice would be great..
