The most underrated product ever

The most underrated product ever

Bepanthen baby/pommade - my love.

It helps me so much

If not cracked lips, than chapped and cracked hands.

If not hands- than fucked up skin barrier .

It even helped my nipples when I applied on them aklief and they cracked as well.

It's thick, it's greasy, but it does amazing job when your skin is fucked up

Be aware - it does have lanolin so not for those which are allergic to lanolin

But otherwise, I freaking love that

Uva protection in Vivo test across almost 40 SPF 50/50+ sunscreens- another part of sunscreen gate?

Repost from r/EuroSkincare https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/phpp.70092

So, searching across internet I finded this

Study was done by lrp/L'Oréal

They tested 38 sunscreens marketed as SPF 50/ SPF 50+ marketed in Europe, Latin America, Asia. And Australia/ new Zealand

They compared producer claims about UVApf to test they done via In Vivo test: ISO 24442:2011

The results are... Interesting

For example one Australian sunscreen tested , marketed as SPF 50+ have uva protection of... 10.

When it should be at least 20.

Test results of Australian sunscreens:

3: Zone of Purchase: Oceania, Filtering system: hybrid , emulsion type: W/O, Texture type: tinted cream , UVA-PF (10 subjects) (invivo): 10.1 ± 1.5, Labelled SPF: 50+ (60) Ratio SPF/UVA: 5.9

5 Zone of Purchase: Oceania, Filtering System: Organic, Emulsion type: W/O, Texture type:Cream, UVA-PF (10 subjects) (invivo) 12.5 ± 2.1, Labelled SPF 50+ (60), Ratio SPF/UVA: 4.8

29 Zone of Purchase: Oceania, Filtering System: Organic Emulsion type:W/O Texture type:Fluid UVA-PF (10 subjects) (invivo): 19.8 ± 3.2, Labelled SPF: 50, Ratio SPF/UVA: 2.5

Pov: this sub made me buy it

Aka u/meknidirta review made me buy it.

But oh boy, this is really fragranced, even though I'm sick and I have blocked nose I can still sniff the scent

And on the back of bottle there is this claim "the fragrance composition provides a long-lasting feeling of freshness and cleanliness"

So yeah, the INTENSIVE fragrance is intentional.

But the price can't be beaten

[PSA] be aware of honeydew labs hypochlorous acid/ marketing bots

So, I saw comment under post on r/EuroSkincare , and It doesn't seemed natural, especially the mention of the brand. I checked account history - 5 day acc, and only reccomending 1 brand - honeydew labs

So yeah, be aware of those marketing practices from honeydew labs
