To give context, this semester has been horrible. My failure began around Spring 2023. Prior to that, I was "moderately" struggling student, but almost always bounced back from failure with grit and focus. I hit a major academic failure in the spring of 2023. Took entire year off school and got placed on academic probation. The pattern I'd saw in myself is constant:

I study (weeks ahead) for the exam. I do a ton of practice problems rather than "just read". I heavily emphases HW trial and error. I use 25min-5min rule of studying. After a while, I gain mastery. I feel extremely confident "you're going Ace this exam!!"—then exam comes: F+ or F-

The exam, students are avg. around B.

Time and time again. It's the same.

Cal-2, Economics — I saw this pattern completely destroyed me. From that time, I hadn't succeeded in a single exam. I studied for all them, and maybe took (10+ exams)...I failed all of them.

I screeners for anxiety and depression and consistently show Mild Depression and Mild Anxiety. According to my research/understanding since they're "mild" they're not enough to hinder my life greatly.

I checked Adult ADHD screeners: ASRS v1.1 Adult ADHD, between the many trials its usually minor-mild.

I want to say to myself "Hey, it's not you...they're using Honor-lock so maybe all the students are cheating" but there's a Calculus exam in which the pattern showed, and still failed.
