AMONG US FOR SMASH

So I've been downloading Super Smash Bros. Brawl mods from GameBanana for some days now and successfully bringing them in the game on Dolphin Emulator thanks to WiiScrubber. The process is to find the normal pac. and pcs. files of any costume you want and to replace them with the ones of the costume mod.

Now to the problem, there are plenty of good-looking mods on GameBanana that only have a pac. file inside the zip file where the mod belongs. This Waddle Dee mod for Jigglypuff (which can be found here: waddle dee over jigglypuff Mod for Super Smash Bros. Brawl | Brawl Mods) is an example for it: it only has a pac. file inside.

How can I bring these mods into my game without the pcs. file?

I have my R36s since last Arpil, and it has started to have joycon drift on the right stick lately,but only when I go left or right: it looks like it doesn't detect the movement of the stick, just barely, like you can see in the video.

I've made some research, and it looks like it could also be a problem in the system, not of the joycons, but the latest stuff I could find was from a year ago.

Does anyone know the problem? As far as I know there could just be some dust inside, but I have no proof of it and of what the problem might be instead.
