Best way to get custom-designed HTML emails into Klaviyo in 2026?

I build my email flows as fully custom HTML (AI design tools spit out complete HTML now and it has gotten scary good). Right now I paste the HTML into Klaviyo's HTML editor (Content > Templates > Create > HTML editor) and it works, but I feel like there might be a cleaner, faster workflow I am missing.

For anyone running custom HTML in Klaviyo:

  1. Is pasting into the HTML editor still the best method, or is there a more efficient pipeline you use?

  2. How do you handle edits later without the template breaking?

  3. Any must-do checks so it renders well across all clients (Outlook, Gmail dark mode, iOS)

  4. Do you use hybrid templates with data-klaviyo-region so you can still drag and drop blocks, or keep it pure HTML?

Trying to move fast without sacrificing render quality across devices. What is your actual setup? Appreciate any tips.

How do you build email flows as fast and efficiently as possible using AI?

I run a digital product brand and I'm currently building out all my standard email flows like welcome, abandoned checkout, and post-purchase sequences.

I want to know what the most efficient workflow is for writing high quality email copy using AI.

I'm specifically curious about which tools are actually worth it (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.), how you prompt them to get good output fast, and whether you build from scratch each time or work from templates. I'd also love to hear if anyone has developed a solid system or SOP they actually stick to.

Not looking for generic advice. Would love to hear from people who've genuinely figured out a fast and repeatable process that doesn't produce robotic copy.

Thanks 🙏

Best way to bring custom-designed emails into Klaviyo? (HTML, Figma slices, or other?)

Hi guys,

I design my email templates externally and want to bring them into Klaviyo cleanly.

I see a few options:

  • Build raw HTML and paste into Klaviyo's code editor
  • Design in Figma, export as image slices, use those in Klaviyo
  • Design in Figma, convert to actual HTML/CSS, then import

From what I understand image slices are risky since email clients block images by default. But is raw HTML actually reliable across all email clients or does it break constantly?

What workflow do you actually use and what holds up best in practice?

Shopify dashboard vs Meta Ads Manager always showing different numbers. How are you fixing this?

Been running paid ads for my Shopify store for a while and this keeps bothering me. Meta Ads Manager and Shopify almost never match up.

Meta might show 12 purchases for the day and Shopify shows 8. Revenue numbers are all over the place too. I get that attribution windows and iOS 14 cause some of this but it feels like way too big a gap to just ignore.

I've seen WeTracked and Trackbee mentioned in a few threads here. Has anyone actually used them? Worth the money or is there something better right now?

Curious what setups people are running for accurate tracking in 2025/2026. Is it:

  • Server-side pixel setup?
  • A third-party attribution tool?
  • Just picking one source and ignoring the other?

What's actually working for people running profitable campaigns right now?

How would you build a Meta Ads creative testing system for a $25–30 digital product?

Right now I launch 5 new creatives every 3–4 days. Some are completely new concepts, others are iterations of previous winners.

The issue is that I feel my testing and scaling process isn't as efficient as it could be, and I'm looking for a more systematic approach.

Current situation:

• Digital products
• Product price: $25–30
• Primarily US, CA, AU and UK
• Meta Ads only
• Consistent creative production pipeline

Questions:

  1. What's the best structure for continuously testing new creatives every 3–4 days without hurting existing winners?
  2. How many new creatives would you test per week if you were spending between $100–500/day?
  3. Do you keep one evergreen testing campaign running permanently, or create new testing campaigns for each batch?
  4. Once a creative proves itself, what's your exact scaling process? • Duplicate into a scaling campaign? • Increase budget? • ABO to CBO? • Broad targeting only?
  5. How do you prevent testing from becoming messy once you're cycling through dozens of creatives every month?
  6. If you were starting from scratch today, what would your ideal testing and scaling structure look like for a $25–30 product?

Looking for advice from people actively spending on Meta, especially in digital products, SaaS, software, courses, subscriptions, or other online businesses.

Thanks.

Bug: duplicate button on notion.site redirects to app.notion.com and gives "this page couldn't be found" error

Has anyone else run into this? When I click the Duplicate button on a public template page hosted on notion.site, it redirects to app.notion.com instead of app.notion.so and immediately shows "this page couldn't be found".

The redirect URL looks like this:

app.notion.com/Page-Title-abc123?pvs=36&duplicate=true&utm_source=public_page&utm_content=duplicate_button&tid=...

The template itself loads fine on notion.site, the Duplicate button is visible, and I'm logged into Notion. The issue is that clicking it triggers a redirect to notion.com (not notion.so) where the page simply can't be found.

Tested on:

https://preview.redd.it/xcw5cq9ab35h1.png?width=3024&format=png&auto=webp&s=5fbe4d0e9cef0031257c1c8e33f174dd62bd453b

  • Chrome and Edge
  • Multiple devices
  • Multiple different public template pages
  • All produce the same error

Anyone else experiencing this or found a workaround? Already contacted Notion support but posting here in case it's a wider issue.

Meta Ads Performance Makes Zero Sense Sometimes

Meta ads are so weird sometimes.

Yesterday:
Revenue: €2.7k
Profit: €1.5k

Today:
Revenue: €1.2k
Profit: €381

Same campaigns, same creatives, same targeting.

Do you guys ignore bad days and only judge after a few days, or do you actually make changes quickly when performance drops hard?

Need some advice on Meta testing CBOs

I'm running digital products and I already have some proven creatives/winners, but I'm still struggling with managing my testing campaigns properly.

Main things I'm confused about:

• When exactly should I increase the CBO budget?
• When do you guys turn off creatives?
• When do you add new creatives into the testing CBO?
• Do you keep winners inside the testing campaign or duplicate them into scaling and turn them off in testing?

What I currently do:
When I launch a new batch of 5 creatives, I create a new ad set inside the testing CBO and set a minimum spend of 20% of the total CBO budget on ad set level so Meta actually spends on it.

Example:
$100 CBO
New ad set gets minimum $20 spend

Is this a good strategy or am I messing up the algorithm?

Would appreciate advice from people consistently scaling with broad CBOs.

Best TikTok Ads structure for scaling winning Meta products in 2026?

Right now I have a product scaling very hard on Meta Ads, and I want to scale it on TikTok Ads as well to increase overall spend and profit.

My current plan:
• Broad targeting
• US, CA, AU & UK
• Purchase conversion campaigns
• Re-editing winning Meta creatives for TikTok style

I’m based in Belgium/EU, so I’m also wondering:
• USD or EUR ad account?
• Any disadvantages targeting mainly English-speaking countries from an EU account?
• Are broad campaigns still the best approach on TikTok right now?

I also want to know how you guys currently structure TikTok campaigns in 2026:
• Separate testing and scaling campaigns?
• How long do you let creatives spend before killing them?
• Do you duplicate winners into scaling campaigns like on Meta?

How are you currently scaling winning Meta products onto TikTok Ads in 2026?

Right now I have a product scaling very aggressively on Meta Ads, and I want to launch it on TikTok Ads as well so I can increase spend, revenue, and overall profit.

My plan right now is:
• Broad targeting
• US, CA, AU & UK
• Website conversion campaigns optimized for purchases
• Re-using winning Meta creatives, but re-editing them specifically for TikTok style

I’m based in Belgium/EU, so I’m also wondering if there are any disadvantages to running ads mainly towards English-speaking countries from a European ad account. Would you recommend keeping the account in USD or EUR?

I’m also trying to figure out the best structure for TikTok Ads right now. On Meta, I usually separate testing campaigns from scaling campaigns once creatives prove themselves. Are people still doing this on TikTok, or is it better to keep everything inside one structure?

Another thing I’m struggling with is knowing how long to let creatives spend before killing them on TikTok. The platform feels much more volatile than Meta, so I’d love to hear how experienced advertisers judge performance there.

Are broad campaigns still the best approach on TikTok in 2026, or are interests becoming more important again?

Would really appreciate hearing how profitable TikTok advertisers are currently structuring their testing and scaling systems.

How are you currently testing new creatives on Meta ads in 2026?

I still struggle with building a clean and scalable creative testing system. Right now I use one broad testing CBO for US, CA, AU and UK, where I test multiple creatives in one ad set. Then I duplicate the winners into separate scaling campaigns.

The part I still struggle with is knowing when to kill creatives, when to add new ones, and whether I should leave winning creatives running inside the testing campaign or not.

Would love to hear how more experienced media buyers structure their testing and scaling workflow.

Do your Meta ads perform better on weekdays or weekends?

I sell digital products and always notice a clear dip on weekends. Curious if this is product specific or a general Meta thing.

Which days hit hardest for you and do you adjust budgets around it?

Best Way To Test New Creatives While Scaling?

Currently scaling a winning product in broad US/CA/AU/UK CBOs and trying to figure out the best way to test new creatives without hurting performance.

Do you guys usually:

• test slightly different variations/hooks inside the main scaling CBO

AND

• test completely new concepts/styles in a separate test CBO?

For example:
• new hook/opening = inside scaling CBO
• completely new static ad or new angle = separate test CBO

Is this the best approach once the pixel already has enough purchase data?

Should You Scale Meta Ads Going Into The Weekend?

Do you usually scale your campaigns going into the weekend, or do you leave them alone until Monday?

I’ve personally noticed that a lot of my campaigns tend to perform worse on Saturdays and Sundays, even when they were doing really well during the week. Right now I have a few campaigns performing at around a 2.5 to 3 ROAS, so I’m unsure what the smartest move is.

Would you:
• increase the budgets before the weekend
• keep the campaigns stable
• or reduce budgets temporarily and scale again during the week

For context, I’m running broad CBO campaigns in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

Currently running a profitable broad CBO for a digital product (US/CA/AU) with 1 ad set and a few winning creatives.

Now I’ve made 5 new creatives and I’m wondering what the best scaling approach is.

Would you:
• Add the new creatives directly into the existing winning CBO
• Create a separate testing CBO
• Duplicate the winning CBO and test there
• Replace old fatigued creatives one by one

Main thing I’m worried about:
I don’t want to mess up the performance of the current winning campaign.

I just launched a new CBO yesterday for my digital product. Targeting US, CA, AU.

Here’s what’s confusing me:

• Daily budget: €50
• Time now: ~8AM
• Amount spent already: ~€41.77
• ROAS: 0.41 (1 purchase so far)

So Meta basically burned through almost the entire daily budget within a few hours after midnight.

Context:
• Broad targeting (no interests)
• 1 ad set, multiple creatives
• Campaign objective: conversions (purchase)
• Advantage+ placements ON

What I don’t understand:

  1. Is it normal for Meta to spend like 80%+ of the budget this early in the day?
  2. Does this mean Meta “thinks” early hours are best, or is it just still in learning phase?
  3. Should I be worried when spend is this aggressive but results are weak?
  4. Would you: • Let it run full 24–48h • Kill it early • Duplicate and relaunch • Lower budget?

Extra detail:
My other CBO (same structure, different product) is sitting at 2.03 ROAS with smoother spend, so this one feels off.

Also noticed:
• CTR is only ~1.27%
• CPM is normal (~€10)

Feels like Meta just pushed spend fast without proper signal yet.

Anyone experienced this? Is this just learning phase behavior or a bad sign?

Running a new CBO at €50/day (1 ad set, multiple creatives, broad).

Day 1 results:
• 2+ ROAS already
• Getting purchases early
• A lot of add to carts
• One creative starting to take most of the spend

Question:

What’s the best move here?

✅ Increase budget slightly (+20–30%)
✅ Let it run 2–3 days to stabilize
✅ Duplicate into a higher budget CBO
✅ Or just straight up double the budget on day 1?

Don’t want to reset learning or mess things up, but also don’t want to miss scaling early.

What would you do?

I build Notion templates and want to create something genuinely useful for the next months (April–June).

What template would you actually want?

Be specific:

  • What are you struggling with right now?
  • What would you want the template to solve?
  • Any features you’d love to see included?

Even very niche ideas are welcome.
I’m trying to build something people will actually use.
