Maybe starting another addiction

I’m sober from my drug of choice for a little while, but now i noticed i’m staying with a guy longer than i should just because I can take klonopin from his place and he never noticed (he has a lot). I know it’s bad…

Flirting (?) at the market

I went to the market just to buy a coke zero, but when i got there, i saw a super cute guy and even smiled at him while i passed by, so i immediately made my shopping list longer and just walked around picking random stuff waiting for him to talk to me, so while I was staring into groceries I had no interest in, he walked towards me and started doing the same and thought he would say something. After what felt like hours, i just awkwardly picked canned sardines and left…

Surviving life

I’ve just reached a new state in my life: I’ve been using much more drugs than I used to and have been on a hypersexualization streak after a very difficult breakup, this to numb down all my feelings. Turns out I wasnt seeing the point of staying sober while I still function as a high achiever in my job, but fucking around with men was so deeply draining that I am now removing all of that from my life and will experience life as raw as it is at least for the next month: no drugs, no sex, no alcohol (believe me, that’s too long for me).
I’m trying to change my view on boredom, get more comfortable with it since I simply cannot eliminate myself from this world unfortunately.
What’s your experience with boredom after you became sober?

Gardening break

I’ve decided to take a long gardening break but I’m struggling with what to do during sundays, I fckn hate this day of the week. It’s so boring it makes me question my decision. Just wanted to vent.
