48 hours after my previous update. See previous updates for more info already posted. B+ cakes broke down into fresh sub after 3 flushes. They are growing so fast I feel like I can actually watch them grow 🍄
B+ cakes that went through 3 flushes, broke down and mixed with fresh CVG+ Azomite substrate. It has been a little over two weeks, they started pinning on their own so I sent them to the fruiting zone a couple days ago and now we are off to the races!! ✌🏻🫰🏻🍄
Just picked up this 10 pound dry dung loving substrate mix from Fungaia! Amazing information included with the substrate, only gripe I have is the bag wasn’t sealed… so substrate could just fall out if the bag is tipped over. Have y’all used this before? If so how did you like it? ✌🏻🫰🏻🍄
What are these white dots on my grain bag? ABV inoculated about a week ago
This is only 8 days after inoculating! Should I break and shake or just let it ride out because it’s so dang fast (Ochras from TBG, grain bags from Fungaia)
This is only 8 days after inoculating! I have 3 other bags with genetics from this company and they have all already started showing fuzz. Nothing but great things to say so far about Fungaia and True Blue Genetics! (I’m aware I spelled it wrong on the bag) 😂
Did a break and shake on these two days ago (two bags that are less colonized) the other that is more colonized got a BnS about two weeks ago [JMF, PES Hawaiian, PES Amazonian] I noticed some wet darker spots at the bottom of the bag that’s almost done, the mycelium seems to be colonizing it day by day so I’m not too worried, but I’ll be keeping an eye on it ✌🏻🫰🏻🍄

As previously posted I am doing an experiment to see if I can use old used colonized cakes and get more life out of them. It is looking marvelous since the last post. Share any comments/ concerns/ questions below ✌🏻🫰🏻🍄 have a great weekend
Broke down some tired cakes into some fresh CVG substrate exactly 1 week ago. I want to see if I can add tired cakes to fresh substrate to get a final flush 🤷♂️ if it doesn’t work at least I tried right? Working with Phoenix oysters and I think they are asking for more FAE, kind of skinny stems and smaller caps. I’ve been told that Phoenix oysters need a lot more fresh oxygen than typical cubes! What do y’all think? ✌🏻🫰🏻🍄
