We finished the tagging validator system for RVAT!

- We mark the hotspot on a reference frame.
- Since the zoom is centered and constant, we project the rect onto each frame using: zoom = ratio ^ distance
The result? Hotspot validation across different frames without any extra legwork!

RVAT is a high-contrast noir detective game, where you play as a government records officer confined to their office, cataloguing remote-viewing sessions for a secret agency.
