I've already tried a lot of things, but I still get stuttering whenever I move into new areas or when there are lots of NPCs around; boss fights run fine, though.

The last options I have left are debloat Windows and the Nvidia drivers, or trying to toggle C-states on or off.
So, I started playing FFXV for the first time. The game runs well, but I get a slight stutter during some cutscenes and in new areas. It doesn't really affect gameplay for now, but is the game just like that, or can it be improved?

Every time I start the game, I can play for 20 minutes fine, and then the sound cuts out or gets distorted. I can't hear the mission music, the voices, footsteps, or gunshots from the NPCs, and there's always that popping sound.
I need help fixing this. The only way it works is by restarting the game, but I can't restart it every 20 minutes. Is this how the game is supposed to work?
