Picked this up at a garage sale today. It shows #36. Could it be Leroy Butler? The first letter on the bottom lines up more or less, but idk what the top one is. Maybe a second signature? Thanks in advance
I am planning to make this a steeze commuter/xbike. I already took off the seat and will replace that with a sportier seat, unsure of color. I want to replace the front crankset with a chrome or shiny aluminum set and do the same with the derailleurs. I am getting rid of the hideous stem and bars and will replace those with something better. And of course getting the tanwalls. Any ideas on a good customization route? I might replace the cable housing with a different color as well. Thanks in advance
I picked her up for $30, and put bar tape, pedals, brake pads, fabricated/cut the safety bars to fit new brake hoods, and threw a new seat on. Probly will get new tires very soon. Any upgrades or tweaks you guys reccomend to improve her?

There is play in the rear derailleur where it gets bolted to the hangar. The bolt will not tighten any further, idk what could be going on. It clips the spokes when in the lowest gear, otherwise I wouldnt care. Any advice?
