Personally it is the Ubisoft Duology and Clash of Ninja.

There's so many more like Natz, Karoly Black, Tapitrunks etc

1. Tremor - A beloved ninja in Mortal Kombat, his origin was from MK Special Forces, a game that is panned by all and is very bad.

2. Nanashi/Hikari - She is a beloved game original character from Naruto Storm Connections, a very divisive game that is generally considered the worst of its series.

I was hoping for roller skates at least...

Since the previous Kalos game had it and the previous Legends game had a lot of pokerides.

KOF Maximum Impact 2 was crazy! We even had Sol Badguy, Dee Jay, Elena, Yatterman, Reiko Hinomoto, Arsene Lupin, Snow White outfits

And yes, I know it works as a double entendre for his dick.

By that, I mean like how Dragon Ball Fusions isn't considered one of the best 3DS games by any means, but it is my personal favorite 3DS game and favorite video game ever too.

The "cheapest" skin is Allen's for 7 bucks. (And NONE of this is included in the 100 dollar collector's edition)
