Never seen this type of selling.dii can't hold the market for long.we are going to 18k or 16k very soon

I refilled in a petrol bunk in gajuwaka for 200rs.though 200 was charged on swipe machine later in my hdfc credit card statement 211.8 was billed.its simple math 10rs was charged at 5% and 1.8rs gst.i asked the bunk management they simple told they are not allowed to charge the amount and not their problem.hdfc replied they did not charge that amount and that I have to talk to bunk only .they told even if they surcharge it will be only 1% max

Im believing hdfc are true and I want to teach the petrol bunk a lesson .im wondering how much money these guys are pulling 5% from unknown customers.

Please guide how to approach this issue

I will be moving out of country and maintaining temp is out my control
