Peptides for insomnia and/or perimenopause sleep disruption?

Hey. I’ve been having severe sleep disruptions (sleep fragmentation) for about a year now. I’ve been tracking the past two months with my oura ring but I’ve never been able to figure out if it’s insomnia or from perimenopause.
I’ve tried a shit ton of supplements, some sleep hygiene, journaling, yoga, music, etc and nothing ever consistently would help.
Wondering if anyone has ever had any luck with peptides? I have an appointment with a sleep medicine doctor but it’s not for another 2 months.
