Why Japan is okay with showing underaged character almost naked?

Many isekai or non-isekai anime shows underaged male/female characters almost nake with their costume or just naked in general for comedy/romance/harassment/sex slave situations. I wonder why it is allowed? Aren't they supposed to be censored?

I mean yes, we viewers, are adults but ain't showing underage girls naked bit of encouraging pedo in society? I some sort of feel guilty of seeing it.

Just want to know everyone's and Japanese POV.

Consistency in performance makes you a better team. Bangladesh should be as focused on second test as they were in the first.

So, since we have win the match against Australia in Darwin I have been seeing overjoyed journalist, ex-players, media saying, it's fine to lose the 2nd test. We do not care.

This is a wrong mindset to have, we need to focus on being consistent with our performances. We had such miracle wins before, in the 2022 Newzeland test, ODI series win in SA, Asia cup final in dubai. However, we couldn't continue keep moving the momentum. That same cycle will repeat if we do not focus on being consistent on performance after one major win.

Let's not forget, we have capable players to shine in the second test as well, so why we are being careless? I'm not saying, we must need to win the second test but we need to show Good performance. A generational opportunity to banglawash Australia in Australia. It can open more doors to unlock series in SENA countries.

Let us think of the previous win as past and focus on the present. Think shanto and his co also understand it. hopefully they will be locked in with the mindset of writing history.

9 Bangladeshi medical tourists killed along a children in Kolkata.

  • The fire broke out at around 2:50 a.m. local time on the second floor of the hotel building and was brought under control within an hour, a senior police officer told Reuters.
  • Around 30 people were evacuated safely in the incident, which may have been triggered by electrical short circuiting, the officer said.
  • The exact cause of the blaze is yet to be ascertained, he added.
  • Local media reported injuries, with at least six wounded undergoing hospital ‌treatment.
  • News agency ANI, in which Reuters has a minority stake, reported citing the fire department, that among the dead were Bangladeshi citizens who were in Kolkata to seek medical treatment.
  • NDTV reported all nine dead were Bangladeshis.
  • The senior police official Reuters spoke to, however, said the nationalities of those killed were yet to be ascertained.
  • The hotel is located in a congested area in central Kolkata and is known for budget accommodations and restaurants.

Source - reuters.

While I don't trust NDTV flagging them as Bangladeshis but regardless, feels very conspired kill than an accident. 30 people were able to evacuated but 9 weren't? I strongly sus it.

Point of posting is, we should stop relying on Indian medical treatments and is high time now to ask government to facilitate all sort of treatment here in Bangladesh instead of referring them to go anywhere else(India, china, singapore).

More than 80% of Indian medical tourists are from Bangladesh, Nepal and bhutan. Bangladesh contribute more than 50% of it and loses more than 5B dollars from it's reserve annually. This nonsense must be stopped and make citizen life less hassled while boosting economy.

Edit 1 - Defending whether it is an accident or intentional killing will not change the fact that we are sending citizens to an hostile environment, making their life more terrible. Need to focus to solve the pain point of medical facilities. We are not the poorest country or among the poorest to be not able to give similar treatment what India, china, singapore provides except some rare disease/operations.

Love the non-chalant celebrations by the team.

YES! WE DID IT. But i love the most that, we didn't do any over the top celebrations. It's a slap to these bias comms folks, and some aussie players like smith and starc who lost their shit in the game. Shadman and Mominul didn't even celebrate. Way to go!

Bangladesh vs Australia test day 2 - how do you feel?

As per AI, Bangladesh has 52% chances of winning this, Australia has 36% chance and 11% chance of this match to be draw. I think Bangladesh chances will go past about 60%. If we can manage to put at least 50 more runs and declare innings after 200 runs lead.

Day 3 likely to stay good batting friendly pitch. Should not be much problem for us to score more than 50 runs if we can negotiate first 10 early overs. our captain needs to use heavy roller.

Tamim played an excellent knock, so does Shanto but Mominul knock is the tone setter for this lead I believe. He didn't let us collapse after losing the first cricket, put up almost 96 at first day stump without any foul play, strongly handled first session. His continuous strike rotating helped Tanzid to remain cool. Definitely missed out playing the only crap shot in his entire innings.

My prediction:

If Bangladesh can get 200 runs lead, I expect Aussies to give us a 150-170 runs target. It will be really difficult to score that in the fifth day but I believe we will not let this opportunity go easily.

[Awareness] SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) is silently stealing the futures of Bangladeshi children — here's what you need to know and how you can help.

Dear Deshbashi and everyone reading this,

I want to talk about something that doesn't get nearly enough attention in Bangladesh - a rare, devastating genetic disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy, or SMA.

🔬 What is SMA?

SMA is a rare genetic neuromuscular disease caused by a mutation in the SMN1 gene. This gene is responsible for producing a protein that keeps the motor neurons in our spinal cord alive and functioning. When this gene is faulty, those motor neurons slowly die and without motor neurons, the brain can no longer send signals to the muscles.

In simple terms: the brain works perfectly, but the body stops listening.

💔 How does it cripple people?

SMA attacks the body progressively and mercilessly:

  • Infants lose the ability to hold their head up, sit, or breathe on their own
  • Children who could once walk slowly lose that ability as their muscles waste away
  • Swallowing becomes difficult — a common cold can turn into a life-threatening pneumonia
  • The spine curves (scoliosis) as the muscles that hold it can no longer do their job
  • Breathing muscles weaken — many patients require ventilator support to survive

What makes SMA especially cruel is that the mind is completely unaffected. These children are bright, curious, and full of dreams — trapped in a body that is slowly giving up on them. They are not weak. They are warriors fighting a battle most of us cannot imagine.

SMA does not discriminate — it can affect anyone from any family. And because both parents must carry the faulty gene for a child to be born with SMA, many families have no warning whatsoever until it's too late.

🇧🇩 The situation in Bangladesh

In Bangladesh, awareness of SMA is critically low. Many families go years without a correct diagnosis — watching their child deteriorate while being told it's something else entirely. The treatments that exist — including groundbreaking therapies like Spinraza, Zolgensma, and Risdiplam — are either unknown to most families or completely out of reach financially.

There is no cure yet. But with the right treatment, physiotherapy, and support, SMA patients can live meaningful, productive, and fulfilling lives. Early diagnosis is everything.

🤝 What can you do?

This is where YOU come in.

A group of SMA patients, parents, and advocates in Bangladesh have come together to form Cure SMA Bangladesh Foundation — a non-profit community working to:

✅ Raise awareness about SMA across Bangladesh

✅ Connect newly diagnosed families with doctors and therapists

✅ Organize physiotherapy seminars and training

✅ Build a support network for patients and their families

✅ Advocate for government policies that protect rare disease patients

We are asking you to take just 2 minutes to help us:

🔵 Find us on Facebook — search "Cure SMA Bangladesh" (Link in the comment)

👍 Like and Follow our page to stay updated

💬 Leave a comment — your voice matters and encourages our community

📤 Share our page and posts — one share can reach someone who desperately needs this information

You don't need to donate money. You don't need to be a doctor. Just sharing this information could save a child's life by helping a family find the right diagnosis sooner.

🗣️ A message to the Bangladeshi community

If you know a child who seems floppy as a baby, a toddler who was walking but is now falling more often, or anyone showing unexplained muscle weakness — please mention SMA to their doctor. Awareness is the first and most powerful tool we have.

These children deserve a fighting chance. They deserve to grow up, go to school, fall in love, and contribute to the country they were born in. All they need is for us — their community — to show up.

BCB planning to change domestic like football leagues.

Big changes could be coming to Bangladesh's domestic cricket.

BCB is planning a franchise-based Bangladesh First Tournament, where the same owners will operate teams across T20, One-Day and 4-Day cricket under 5–10 year agreements.

6 franchises are expected.
Each franchise may invest around BDT 2.5–3 crore.
The proposed calendar starts with the T20 tournament (25 Nov–10 Dec), followed by the 4-Day competition throughout the season, and concludes with the One-Day tournament (22 May–10 June).

Sources also suggest the BCB has already held advanced discussions with several major corporate groups and banks, with banks likely to make up a significant portion of the franchise owners.

Official tender invitations are expected next week.

(copy post)

I think this is a positive move from BCB. Players will have contract for every domestic leagues and they do not need to worry about it for at least one year or two while playing.

Teams may also pick players at their early age, groom them, and use it for the future just like Barcelona(la masia) Academy does. We just need to hope that, all the professional and big reputatated corporate houses join it instead of any politicians or politically aligned personalities.

Bangladeshi subs are echo chamber of parrots.

Let me rant for whatever it is worth. What I notice is, people in Bangladeshi subs try so much to act cool and build an eco-chamber of humans that talks the same. if you want genuine opinion, there will be opinions, suggestions different from each other. Some positive, some humor and negative. How come most of them can't take the opinions lightly when it doesn't match theirs? even any humor, jokes or pun intended comments are replied aggressively.

straight questions about their IQ, typical bangladeshi n all that stuff. Com'on not every one needs to be lovely dovely with opinions, or make your ego satisfied. This is really not progress of any kind and I find it particularly different from any other platform or subs of many foreign countries.

We need to understand people come with different experiences in their life, different vibe, different perspective, and different social understanding. Not everyone will say what you want to hear. If you want genuine response, it'll have bit of everything.

Let's not make it an Eco-chamber of fake positivity where even humor is seen as antisocial.

Let me go first,

King of Xin and shou bun kun - them hyping up or being tense really soothing in the story for some reason. It gives me a vibe that, there are still people who thinking about the war apart from us(readers), rooting for them just like us. they are kinda representing us while brainstorming the war situation.

Ousen - I mean we all want this mf to do something right?

your turn.....

FILM recommendation ' Inglourious Basterds '

I didn't knew the film name when I watched it for the first time couple of years back. Just today find out the name out of blue from IMDb and thought I will share it here.

This is really a classic film of betrayal, double agents, and perfectly portraying the brutality of World War II. Actors and screenplay is amazing. Think it's a must watch for cinephile fans.

Also drop down any name you can think of that is similar to this film if you already watched. Would love to check out.

Why no posts for Deshbhakt?

He has been supporting students from day one and went to protest as well to support. Deserve some appreciation.

Bangladeshis should stay away from showing support to the Indian student protests.

Hear me out, Like many of you, I too felt bad about those students dying(more than 12 died so far), and getting brutal treatment from police. but I'll ask everyone not to show any public support to them through posting, sharing or any form. My reasons:

  1. Indian mainstream will find just another excuse to build conspiracy theories. They have already said USA and China backed protest, tukde tukde gang protest, and rest usual stuff and next they will allege us. by not showing any support, we can keep that protest more clean.

  2. I remember Deepke's (CJP leader) statement demeaning Nepal and Bangladesh Genz protests. and that definitely hurts me bcz He said, it is insulting to indian Genz that they were getting compared to Bangladesh and nepal arguing indians genz are more mature and politically conscious. And they will achieve everything in peaceful way. That is a superior complex, He lives in like many more Indians. I personally think we should just sit back and let him figure out his peaceful way. Ironic part is, only success, support and spine from the country they got is after the protest take violent turn(police beating and pelting stone to students). nobody speak out in those 20 days when sonam wangchuk was fasting. CJP and sonam was mocked, trolled, ignored during the time.

I hope they come out of their ego, delusion that they live in a democratic country and realize sometimes the only way to achieve victory is by spilling bloods.
