Is it normal to have extremely terrifying intrusive thoughts in my subconscious mind ?

Currently the most terrifying and disgusting intrusive thought I am having is to kill my father even thought I love him very much and trying to make that thought go away 💀

Edit: I forgot my intrusive thoughts after I came out of washroom 🙏

Upgrading ram in my pc to fix possible bottleneck in games like BF 6

My setup-
RTX 3060 12GB
CPU- Ryzen 9 3900X
Ram- 3*8gb ram at 2400mhz ddr4
Motherboard- Arous x570 elite

Upgrading to-
2*16 gb ram at 3200mhz ddr4

Will this fix lag in games like bf6 as I am currently facing very low fps in it and doesn’t even change the fps when I lower resolution or graphics settings
I have done some research and it showed my ram is slowing my pc down. So will the upgrade be worth it ?

Edit: My OS is windows 11 and i typically open dc and stuff

How to fix this update issue ?

This is showing me after I formatted by Victus with a bootable pendrive and from then whenever I turn on Omen hub and go to network booster it is showing this. I have updated this according to the screen two times and every time is shows the same thing even though I restart after the update. I still have internet connection to my laptop. Please help.

How to turn off possible power limitation in my HP Victus fa27000tx laptop ?

So my adapter is 120w and my gpu(RTX 3050 6gb VRAM) has a TGP of 50w and a single stick ddr4 16gb ram. Now in mostly all games I am getting 40-50 fps even in Roblox and games like Fortnite,bfv,destiny 2; all in low settings with dlss. I get comfortable 100+ fps only in Minecraft. So am I facing a possible bottleneck or am I missing on some settings which is causing a possible power and performance limitations if yes then how to fix it ?

I got this laptop in 2025 November so it shouldn’t be thermal issue. Performance mode in Omen hub is also missing, the absolute I can go is Default and Max fan.

Not able to play Warzone.

So I know Warzone requires TPM 2.0 enabled and secure boot enabled and I have both them enabled but still when I open Warzone it shows the given images though I am also able to play Battlefield 6 . I was earlier able to play Warzone on the same system but after some time when I try to play it, it starts showing this. I am confused as I have tried all things like CodBrokenInstaller,CodService etc etc but nth works. I am a pc player and I am playing Warzone through steam. Can anyone provide me with a fix for this like if I am missing anything? I would appreciate it.

HP Victus 15 Laptop performance accuracy?

So i recently bought a HP Victus 15 Laptop, Specs- RTX 3050 6gb
16gb DDR5 Ram
Intel Core I5 13th Generation 13420H
512gb ssd

So the question is, I am getting 50-60 fps and 30fps on many games like the new one like THE FINALS and etc on low-high settings with dlss quality or balanced sometimes. Is this performance normal for this laptop or I am missing on some settings ?

I think my laptop is not using its dGPU even though I have forced windows and Nvidia to use so. Help.

I am getting 30-40 fps while moving in bfv while my cpu usage is at 13 and gpu at 7 and settings are high, isn’t this fps low for my rtx 3050 6gb 50watt model (laptop model is fa2700tx Victus 15) or is the fps I am getting is normal if not then pls help me why I am getting low fps in technically all games (30-40fps) except mc and stalzone , are there any fix or am I missing on some settings which can help my laptop use its full hardware?
