Random sound/notification at 2 AM every night — please help 😭

/*Update: */its solved gys finally 🤩🤩 Ticktick task manager app was doing this all time I have not given permission to show notification but still rings I don't know how But i just used installed tick tick app for only task purpose not to check this and it's 2 am popup tasks lisst now checked the settings of ticktick yeah there is 2 am notification

I’ve been facing this weird issue for the past 1 month and I’m seriously confused 😭

My phone randomly makes a notification-like sound around 2 AM. There is no notification visible, and nothing shows up in Notification History either.

I vaguely remember that I may have set some kind of 2 AM sleep notification/sound in an app called something like “Soundscape”, but I’ve already uninstalled that app.

Things I’ve checked:

Notification History — nothing

Normal notifications — nothing

I don't see any obvious 2 AM alarm

The app I suspect is already uninstalled don't remember exactly what was the name of that app

The sound still randomly happens around 2 AM.

How can I find out what is actually producing this sound and completely disable it? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Any help would be greatly appreciated because this has been happening for a month and it's driving me crazy 😭💔

Best Android app for hearing protection and earphone usage reminders?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an Android app that helps protect my hearing while using earphones.

I use too much 😞

My phone is Vivo Y28 (Funtouch OS), and it doesn't seem to have built-in features like a maximum volume limiter or listening time tracking.

I'm looking for an app that can:

Set a maximum headphone volume (e.g. 60–70%)

Remind me to take a break after 60 minutes of listening

Track my daily headphone usage

Prevent accidental volume increases

Work reliably with Bluetooth earphones

I'm not looking for an equalizer or music player—just something focused on hearing protection.

What do you use? I'd especially appreciate recommendations from people who've used these apps for a long time.

Thanks! ❤️

Best Bluetooth speaker for studying & lectures under ₹2.5k (~$30)? Considering Sony SRS-XB100

Need Bluetooth speaker recommendations mainly for studying and attending lectures/classes.

Priority is clear vocal sound and speech clarity, not heavy bass.

Budget: around ₹2,500 (~$30 USD).

Will mostly use it indoors for YouTube lectures, podcasts, and study sessions.

I’m currently thinking about the Sony SRS-XB100 since it’s costing me exactly ₹2.5k right now on sale.

Looking for:

- Clear voice/vocals

- Low distortion at medium volume

- Good battery backup

- Reliable Bluetooth connection

Would the Sony XB100 be the best choice in this range, or are there better options for lecture/study use?

>Edit: bought T200 gang for ₹1499

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to buy a pair of TWS earbuds for my mother as a Mother’s Day gift. My budget is ideally around ₹1500, but I can stretch up to ₹2300 if there’s a significantly better option in terms of sound quality and comfort.

Main priorities:

- Safe for ears (not too harsh/loud, no ear fatigue)

- Good balanced sound (not overly bass-heavy)

- Comfortable fit for long usage

- Reliable build + battery life

She’ll mostly use them for calls, casual music, and maybe some videos.

I’ve seen a lot of options, but it’s honestly confusing with so many brands. I’d really appreciate suggestions based on real experience 🙏

If you’ve bought something recently for parents or long-term comfort use, please share!

Thanks in advance 😄

Hi everyone,

I’m currently a BA student (graduating in 2027) and planning to give SSC CGL in 2028. I’m looking for a genuine mentor (preferably free mentorship) who can guide me throughout my preparation journey.

Why I’m asking for mentorship:I understand most mentorships are paid, but as a student, I’m trying to manage my expenses. I will be investing in coaching/content separately, so I’m mainly looking for someone who can guide me personally and keep me accountable.

What I’m looking for:

Someone experienced in SSC CGL (selected/appeared/mentored others)

Can check my progress daily or weekly (as per your convenience)

Help with:

Study strategy & planning

Maths & Reasoning approach

English improvement (Hindi-medium background)

Mock analysis & accuracy

Consistency & discipline

About me:

Beginner but committed for long-term prep

Ready to work hard and follow a strict routine

Open to honest/critical feedback

Will stay consistent and respect your time

My plan:

Enrolling in coaching/online course for structured content

Preparing with a long-term mindset for 2028

What I expect:

Regular check-ins (even short ones)

Honest guidance and corrections

Help in avoiding common mistakes

What I offer in return:

Serious dedication and consistency

Will implement advice without excuses

Respect your time and effort

If anyone is willing to help or guide, even in a small way, please comment or DM 🙏Even basic direction from experienced aspirants would mean a lot.

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I’m a BA student (graduating in 2027) and planning to give SSC CGL in 2028. I’m looking for a serious mentor (preferably free guidance) who can help me stay on track throughout my preparation.

Why I’m asking for mentorship:

I understand there are many paid courses available (and I’ll be enrolling in one for content), but I’m specifically looking for someone who can provide personal guidance, accountability, and honest feedback — things that coaching alone sometimes lacks.

What I’m looking for:

Someone experienced with SSC CGL (appeared/cleared/mentored)

Can check my progress daily or weekly (as per your convenience)

Help with:

Study planning & strategy

Maths & Reasoning approach

English improvement (I come from a Hindi-medium background)

Mock test analysis & accuracy

Consistency & discipline

About me:

Beginner level but fully committed for long-term prep

Currently building strong basics in all subjects

Ready to follow strict guidance and improve

Will maintain daily/weekly reports if required

My commitment:

I will stay consistent till the 2028 attempt

I respect your time and will not waste it

I will implement feedback seriously

What I expect:

Honest and direct feedback (no sugarcoating)

Regular but short check-ins

Guidance to avoid common mistakes

If anyone is willing to guide (even minimally) or knows someone who does, please comment or DM me 🙏

Even small guidance would mean a lot.

Thank you!
